Cons outweigh the Pros This was my first experience with this company, and I’m writing this review with very mixed feelings. Putting aside my concerns about the rest of the staff, Dr. Mullen is very professional and knowledgeable. He alone would make me I say this establishment is worth another visit. The others however, displayed behavior that I can only describe as disrespectful. English is not my first language, which I believe played a part in their treatment of me; which alone is already unprofessional. But what really prompted this review is their responses and offhand comments to me. I was surprised by their remarks, in which they seemed to talk to me like I was a child and incapable of understanding them. Seemingly mocking the way I spoke and making me feel uncomfortable by laughing at my choice of phrasing. A brief example of this, is when they asked me how I would schedule my visits going forward, I accidentally replied “once every 2 weeks”, as opposed to “biweekly”. I was laughed at by Olivia, and corrected by Ryan. It was like this every interaction with them, but I won’t try to make this review too long. I’m very disappointed with this visit to the point that I’m genuinely toying with the idea of just never going back. But as I stated at the beginning, Dr. Mullen is actually worth it. My friend, who’s been to this establishment before as well (and even recommended it to me after I mentioned it to them), said they’ve never experienced something like this before here. This was also another contributing factor to writing this, as my friend described their feelings of my treatment as “racist”. While I don’t want to assume that this is actually the reason why I was treated differently, I can’t help but feel this way now as my friend is white and I am not. I can only hope that this was a one time bad experience, and that it will not be repeated.

Dr. Mullin and his team consistently provide top notch chiropractic service and are passionate about resolving their patient’s heath issues. This is the best chiropractic practice in the area.

Dr Mullin is very professional and thorough. His treatment of my back gave me a great deal of pain relief. Ryan administered Physical Therapy treatment as well and he is excellent. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I have just finished with my treatment here and I have really enjoyed it. I was nervous at the start because everything hurt from a car accident. They treated me so well. I feel like the care they put into their patients is what sets them apart. They really make efforts to make you feel comfortable to recover. Amazing place and even better people!
