Advanced Health Care of Colorado Springs

This place is amazing. I am long distance from my mother n Colorado Springs and Keisha has been a godsend for me, keeping me informed with everything going on. If it wasn’t for Keisha, my mom might have been in an assisted-living facility forever. Keisha, I will never be able to thank her enough for this. As far as the facility goes my mother said it was like a “fancy hotel”, and just had great things to say about the facility. My mother is not an easy person, but everybody has been so great to her there! I cannot say enough great things about this facility and Keisha.

I was recently put on a DNR because the asian nurses there are racist and also wanted me to do assignments not apart of my day to avoid getting the “fake doctor daughter” of one of their patients angry, no chucks, lazy double briefing on patients and no clean clothes for two patients place is clean but staff unprofessional no one was working and two staff members were composing a letter to curse out the DON for putting them on the hardest dude of building because they are regulars

Wouldn't recommend anyone working here. You can be DNR'ed without knowing why. They would rather work their staff that call in the whole weekend then to work prn staff that are willing to come in.

The workers there yell and cuss at the PRN part time workers. They create an abusive and toxic workplace which the residents NOTICE. Management had no helpful remarks when it was brought up to them. Wouldn’t work there, wouldn’t send my family there, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

My grandma did rehab here for a month after a bad fall, and they took amazing care of her. Every single person was so kind to her, and our family. It was clean, any and all questions we had were answered, the food is good, and the facility is beautiful. Grandmas doctor told us after the fall that she would most likely be wheel chair bound, but I’m beyond happy to say she isn’t, and is walking better than she was before her fall, thanks to the physical therapists and staff at Advanced Healthcare. I highly recommend them for rehab and hospice. Thank you for taking such great care of our precious Grammy, and helping to improve her quality of life.

I have worked at similar facilities over the year as a consulting registered dietitian/nutritionist and diabetes educator so I can tell you that this place has it together, wow! Every staff person that we encountered over a 4 day Valentine's Day/ Presidents Day holiday weekend were cheerful, extremely professional and kind. That is tough to pull off at any time, but it is incredible that it was a holiday weekend! The Valentine's Day party was absolutely fabulous, so festive! My mother, Sharon is a repeat customer here at Advanced Healthcare of Colorado Springs as she had double knee replacement last November (She is a rock star, I get that from her.) Equally excellent care then too! The food is delicious, fresh and nutritious, the facility is sparkling clean and the vibe is warm, inviting and super friendly. We cannot thank you enough! My mother stayed at this location after back surgery. The place was clean and the food was good. At this location, my mother received better care than I or any home visiting nurse could have offered. She was in 4-6 hours of PT daily. The covered basic tasks as getting out of bed and even managing cooking in the kitchen. My mom is moving better than before her surgery and I would recommend this facility to everyone for their recovery process.

After a horrible stay at another facility, we researched to find this facility. Advanced Health care took amazing care of my mother during her rehab. They cared for her as if it was their own mother and always kept me updated and involved in her care. I never worried about leaving her unlike the other facility. I recommend this place 110%. Beverly is one of the OTs there and she is like family now. She worked with my mom and cared for her just like I did!!
