Update: someone reached out to discuss my experience. She was sweet and respectful and seemed to take my concerns seriously. I really hope the many reviews and similar experiences bring change. Expect to sign in and then wait AN HOUR for them to call you up and finally get your paperwork. Then expect to wait ANOTHER hour to be called back to the waiting room where you will wait an ADDITIONAL hour. If I knew I’d be here for 2 hours and all I’d get done is paperwork, I’d have brought drinks with me.

Dr. Milem performed total hip replacement surgeries for both of my hips eight months apart. He also prayed for me prior to each surgery, which I very much appreciated. For those who have commented about waiting in the lobby or treatment room past their appointment times. I'm sure it's because he is spending as much time as needed with other patients as he does with them. As for me, I would much rather wait for Dr. Milem than go to a doctor that rushes me through or doesn't have as many patients and can see me faster.

Charles was my doctor, he spent maybe 15 min with me the entire 6 ish hours (over and hour to be called back each time, and includes sitting in another room waiting) I spent in his office spanning 3 appointments. The staff was always rushed, didn't explain things, and to have a doctor who thinks so little of his patients to keep them waiting for so long is disrespectful to those of us who miss work for these appointments. I understand things happen, but let your patients know you are running behind.

Harley wilson went above and beyond for us today… God blessed her with a wonderful gift to be able to make everyone feel good with ease just her natural ability! My daughter which is 10 was extremely upset and in pain and harley made her feel so comfortable… was so kind to me! we appreciate her so much… if you ever have her just know you will have top notch care which is rare anymore so when you do it it definitely sticks out!!!

If you need anything orthopedic this is the place to go! Absolutely amazing staff and I cannot say that enough! I had my son’s appointment wrong and Jan up front was the best ever! She didn’t even blink an eye and was able to get my son in and seen that day. The staff from front to back is top notch and the best ever!

We told the lady at the front that I just needed my foot wrapped and she wrote down X-rays and stuff so I waited An hour and a half for a 30 second if that to wrap my foot

Dr Milem performed shoulder surgery on me in December. They have a fantastic staff. Everyone is so pleasant from the time you check in and check out. Dr Milem is a great surgeon and a wonderful person. All the people in rehab are top notch. A+ for rehab. They take their job seriously and that is good for me, the patient. I've had multiple surgeries with Advanced orthopedics, never have I had anything but a good and healing experience.

Went to the new one on Frederica and 10/10 service. From check in, to room, to xray, back to the room, and then an injection and I rarely had a wait. All of the staff were friendly. Dr Hulse was attentive and listened and was extremely kind. I will recommend this place to anyone without a doubt.
