As of this writing, I have completed (7) out of (12) prescribed physiotherapy sessions to treat my sprained right ankle. I am extremely satisfied with each and every staff members. Starting from the initial evaluation to follow up visits, I am impressed with physio’s knowledge and attention to details that has led to my steady recovery. This facility’s appointment is very well managed so much so that the ratio of physiotherapist to patients allows utmost and timely care to patients. Facility’s support staff is always mindful of maintaining a clean and sanitized treatment area.

I’ve been going to Advanced Care Physical Therapy on and off for more than a year for neck and shoulder pain. From the moment you walk in the door, you’re treated with respect by everyone on the staff. Dr. Neha is knowledgeable and caring and, after an initial consultation, she came up with a treatment plan. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone requiring physical therapy.

I have been receiving care at Advanced Care Physical Therapy since July 2, 2024 and cannot rave enough about the professionalism, caring, work and moral ethics of the staff and owner at this place. Since I had a car accident last year the Advance Care Physical Therapy Team in Milltown have been like a second family to me! They helped me get through some of my toughest days. When I went to my first surgeon at Princeton Orthopedics, he told me that I would likely need surgery, but I should first get physical therapy to see if that might help. I was diagnosed with 3 "massive" tears (out of 4 muscles/tendons) in my rotator cuff. So, I went to Advanced Care Physical Therapy (ACPT). I could not even lift my arm. ACPT's caring staff guided me through a variety of physical therapy protocols. After about 6 weeks, I went to a highly recommended surgeon, Dr. Eric Black, who said I should continue physical therapy. I did 6 more weeks of PT and returned to Dr. Black for a follow-up visit. Dr. Black said that my improvement was so good that I would not need surgery and should continue receiving PT. I am back at PT for another 3 weeks and can now raise my arm about 140 degrees. I am so pleased with my improvement so far. But I am not alone in my praise of ACPT. Today, I heard another patient say that he hopes he needs knee surgery in addition to his recent shoulder surgery so he can heal with such caring PTs and staff. I concur with that patient's assessment wholeheartedly. I can't recommend ACPT enough.

I was struggling with my back pain for more than year. Visited a few physical therapy centers but no relief in pain. Finally I found out about Advanced Care Physical Therapy and the treatment and the care I received was top notch. The Physiotherapist understands what treatment is best suited for your symptoms and design the program based on that. Additionally the staff is very friendly and supportive. I spent over a year at the Milltown location to rehab from a car accident and later on shoulder surgery. If it wasn't for the care of the team I don't think I would have recovered from surgery as quickly as I did. Everyone there is friendly and caring with your recovery. I have recommended this team to someone who was having surgery because of the amazing experience I've had with them.
