Advance Physical Therapy - Valley Stream

I have had several injuries throughout the years and have had exceptional recovery help from Advance Physical Therapy practitioners. I went to a different PT place once, NEVER AGAIN! APT is the place for me. From neck, shoulder, back, leg and foot injuries they have helped me get back to normal. The staff is kind and professional. I would recommend anyone with an injury to go to Advance Physical Therapy, you will get good results.

All the staff are very friendly, helpful and just all around great. Kaye is exceptional at the front desk. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Michael is the hardest working therapist who takes care of me. Meena assists him and they are both are terrific in helping me get better.

Good environment, spacious clean The staff is always attentive towards your appointments and your physical and your well-being. they will and they have and they can adjust your appointments to your needs that I love, even if you break them with such as i they are still there waiting and giving you the best attentive. I had total knee replacement surgery in March 2023. Advance Physical Therapy( Valley Stream) is a very nice, clean place. The staff is very attentive, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I am lucky to have Mike (baseball Mike) as my therapist. Even though I had a few sessions with big Mike. They are both amazing. I highly recommend this facility, they will take very good care of you.

This is a place that you can enjoy all friendliness and courtesy. Everyone there always greets you with a smile and make you feel at home. They are pleasant and understanding. Kay at the front desk is doing the right thing to make you comfortable and Brandon and Nick are definitely the best in this field. I will miss them when I am better, May all there be blessed.

We have been to different therapy places from NYC to Long Island and I must say that we’ve had the greatest experience going to Advance Physical Therapy Valley Stream. I am so delighted that my daughters finally found a place that focuses on what my husband and I require to physically get better and stronger! I have seen improvements with our movement and we’re both feeling lesser pain! We know that we will only continue to get better because of this incredible group of PTs Mary, Patrick and all the staff who took care of us at AdvancePT! I love this place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I definitely walked out much better than I did limping in. The therapist all know what they are doing and the lovely people at the front desk show customer service that is lacking in a lot of other companies these days. This facility is VERY clean, and there is plenty of space to move around and work out without feeling crowded. I'm so grateful for the confidence they helped me find to start moving around more. I feel better on the inside and out.

I wish I can sya something negative about Advanced Physical Therapy in Valley Stream. I have been going there for about 6 weeks because I has total knee replacement, and the staff is very courteous and friendly. Kay is very good at the front desk and my therapist Nick is very knowledgeable and patient. I can do nothing but wish him the best.
