Advance Physical Therapy

8.20.24 Just completed physical therapy at this location. Appreciated the Good service. Staying up on Medical Care is very important. A referral needed from a Dr. heads up. Great reception area. Great Receptionist & Therapists on hand. Sincerely, Kimber Tinder Everytime speak with location it's something additional they ask or need. Website not specific. Was told only accept 1 of the Iowa Medicaid services. Never had this experience when requesting occupational therapy. Just got off phone with office.

The receptionist is extremely rude; both on the phone and in person. She was upset and impatient on the phone as I try to write down info she's telling me with a broken wrist. I left before my second appointment.

Everyone here is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be going back soon!
