Spend your time and money somewhere else that truly offers therapy. I thought I was there for therapy. After a few times, it was suggested I move on to a gym membership. I have my own equipment at home. I was going to therapy for help with neurological muscular issues. They were always eager to greet, but it seemed as though they were over booked. I spent a good deal of my time waiting on them to go to the next move. Besides not being attentive, there is not a standard of therapy. It is whatever they feel like telling you.

Dr. Deanne Smith is awesome. I wasn't able to turn my neck to the side for like a year, and in one visit she got a lot more motion out of it. I'm still seeing her for a few more visits to really get a handle on the problem. I also saw her about a problem with my foot. I thought I had plantar fasciitis, but it seems to have been something else and the exercises she gave me allowed me to go from hobbling across the floor in pain to little or no pain.

Dr. Ching is fantastic! Would highly recommend! After trying out ~6 or 7 physical therapy locations, last year I decided to continue long term. ! I'd /highly/ recommend him to anyone needing help with advanced training equipment.

Highly recommend Alton and team. I had a knee replacemnt and within 4 weeks of therapy was going up and down 5 flghts of stairs. Very poisitve group and top notch! BZ
