Going to PT at AIM is an all-around great experience. Jen is a great PT. She's brilliant at determining what’s wrong and choosing effective treatment. Her kindness and willingness to break things down until I feel successful make sessions fun. The office is extremely efficient. Billing is timely and scheduling is very flexible. 10 stars!

I was referred here by a friend for shoulder pain and numbness. I was worried that I may need surgery but with Natalie’s help I’ve been able to get back to healthy and feeling good. Everyone there is great and fun and professional. I felt confident that I was in good hands. Thanks everyone!

Natalie is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and kind. A very comfortable place for PT. They are miracle workers! I feel so much better every time I leave after a session. I strongly recommend AIM!

AIM is a small highly skilled and experienced team of physical therapists who adapt a personalized plan of care for each individual. The gym is bright and open and everyone is kind and responsive to your every need! I had a terrible shoulder accident a while ago and Jennifer has been able to manipulate and maneuver my shoulder and surrounding muscles which had resulted in better use of my shoulder! I highly recommend the services provided here!

Spinal surgery that impacted my shoulder and neck brought me to AIM. I could not have found a better team of professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Natalie is outstanding! She listens intently to truly understand your needs in order to provide just the right treatment for you to continue to progress with your recovery . Additionally she takes the time to explain why the treatments work and provides exercises so you can continue to work on your recovery at home. Everyone at AIM is great. Emily worked through insurance concerns with ease. Natalie,Jen and Emily create a very open and friendly environment and genuinely care for you and your progress. Been to other PT's and was never a believer before but now see the value of a highly skilled Physical Therapist. I have seen tremendous improvement with my neck and shoulder- from nearly no mobility to almost 100%. Thank you Natalie!! You are great at what you do! I could not recommend higher!

AIM has been a huge blessing! Natalie is such a patient listener and takes her time when helping me work through any issues I'm having, and provides exercises to allow me to keep progressing at home between visits. She always goes out of her way to help personalize a plan to help me reach my goals! I always look forward to my appts at AIM!

Natalie is very knowledgeable about the physical therapy needed for recovery from a tendon repair. At the beginning of each session, she listened carefully to my concerns and then addressed each concern with PT designed to address each issue. I especially appreciate the creative way she developed exercises to hasten my return to biking and kayaking. While PT is seldom fun, I could count on Natalie to engage me in a wide variety topics and thus distracting me as I pushed through some of the uncomfortable exercises.

I started PT with AIM 7 weeks post-op after shoulder surgery. I had the best experience with AIM from the start! I was contacted by Emily, the admin manager, to set up my appointments with Dr. Jen. Dr. Jen didn't just treat my shoulder due to the surgery, but also the underlying issues that caused a lot of my problems over the past 15-20 years, like muscle tightness, short range of motion, and poor mobility. I've had PT over the years to "fix" my shoulder and it was only temporary, but Dr. Jen is a miracle worker. Today I graduated from PT fully healed. If you are in need of PT for anything, you have to come see the awesome, hard working folks at AIM! Heck, I may even hurt myself on purpose just to go back!
