Adena Home Care

A referral was sent 9-11-24. 2 weeks later I called and they would look into it and get back to. They never did. I called 4 more times and never received a call back. After one month a DME company called me from another state with a denial from their company. There was no communication from Adena HH. I was left out of the loop completely. I was also informed that Adena Home Health is no longer owned by Adena. Very upsetting that no one cared enough to contact me.

They accept and bill Original Medicare and the supplement. Others in town don't which meant we would have had to pay full price. This was a true blessing!!

This is a wonderful place where I got my oxygen compressor. They always come if I need maintenance on it and everyone who works there is kind and experienced.
