I want to thank the amazing team at Adaptive Home Therapy. Amanda and Caitlin are 2 of the most compassionate, caring and knowledgeable individuals that I have ever known. I have learned so much as they took the time and patience to educate and guide me to help keep my wife Valerie safe and happy. Valerie was so happy to see them on their visits and this added to an increase in speaking as well as being happy and outgoing. I learned so much about being a better and more effective caregiver which helped me keep Valerie safe, happy and well fed and hydrated. I learned toileting skills, getting in and out of the car, up and down steps, eating strategies, changing strategies, learning to read and understand body language and what a Dementia patient is trying to communicate. These past 6 months have been so productive which reduced my stress levels as well as increased my confidence in knowing how to give my wife everything she needs and deserves. I couldn’t have done this without the skilled professionalism of Amanda and Caitlin. Their patients and their company Adaptive Home Therapy are fortunate to have such wonderful, skilled and knowledgeable professionals like Amanda and Caitlin. I will never forget them. Thanks to a great company.

My husband is 83 and hasn't been walking well for several years. We called Adaptive Home Therapy and they sent us the best and kindest therapist we could have ever asked for! She even discovered what was causing the problem! Thank you, Catherine.❤

Adaptive Home Therapy is great place to call for all your in home physical therapy. Very nice staff to talk to and knowledgeable Physical Therapists. Our Therapist was Liz and she was great. Very patient, kind and most of all knew her field very well. You could tell that she knew exactly how to help you each time so you could improve.Thank you Adaptive home therapy and our therapist Liz for everything you did for us.

I have had the most wonderful experience having Sarah O as my PT. Sarah is absolutely amazing. When she first saw me I couldn't even stand straight with a walker. Now I'm standing straight without holding on to the walker and am using a cane. Sarah has a tremendous amount of patience and always picked up on things I was not doing correctly. Due to her hard work it kept me motivated to work hard at getting strong. It was team work. I will miss her but am confident that I'll continue to do well. Thank you Sarah. Just wanted to drop a note that Adaptive Is the best all around service for those in need of disability assistance, physical therapy or other such services! I had the pleasure of Jim Cino coming to our home. I am chair and bed bound and In just a few visits, he had made many suggestions! Unfortunately, our relationship had to temporarily end because of a stage 4 wound that needed caring and sadly, Medicare will not pay for 2 in home services. But all my future needs that Adaptive can fill will be theirs!!!

Adaptive Home Therapy is filled with caring and wonderful people who are there for seniors every step of the way in their rehab journey. From the front desk to the therapists, everyone is kind and patient. They have occupational, physical and speech therapists to help with any physical or cognitive needs you or your family members may have.

I would like to leave this Review specifically for Matt P., the Physical Therapist. Matt is funny, "down to earth," pleasant, professional, & very caring. He helped my mother, Angela P. as she continues to recover from a massive stroke. He was always on time & never in a hurry to leave. Especially on the days that I (as my mother's primary caregiver who is disabled myself) had a million questions. Matt never rushed us or made me feel silly when I asked a question. I would highly recommend him & A.H.T. Thanks to all of you - especially Matt P. & God Bless!! I want to leave a 2nd review for Sara L., Speech Therapist but there is no way to do this. So, I'll just add it here to the bottom of the review I left for Matt P. Sara was our 1st experience with A.H.T. & she's wonderful. Very upbeat, lively, positive, great, infectious laugh & very encouraging. She really helped my mom a lot with the Aphasia she's been experiencing following her Jan. 14th massive stroke. My mom enjoyed her time with Sara & Sara kept her sessions informative & engaging. She was also very compassionate & understanding and always took the time to talk with me, Angela's daughter & full-time caregiver, Maryanne. And just like with Matt P. We would highly recommend Adaptive Home Therapy & specifically for Speech Therapy, Sara L. Thanks again, Sara & God Bless. Be well & stay safe. I want to leave a 3rd review for Jess & Catherine, Occupational Therapists but there is no way to do this. So, I'll just add it here to the bottom of the review I already left for Matt P. & Sara L. Jess & Catherine were our 3rd encounter with A.H.T. and they were just as wonderful as Matt & Sara. Both young women were very professional, friendly, kind, understanding, & supportive. Always on time & always willing to lend a listening ear. Very knowledgable of their field of expertise & were always willing to challenge my mother, Angela P., or take it easy on her, if the particular day was too much for my mom, who suffered a diffused stroke about 6 mos.ago. They were always extremely pleasant & had an upbeat & encouraging attitude the whole time they worked with my mom. She is now finished with P.T., S.T., & O.T. She is really happy to be done with it all. She was never one for any type of therapy. However, she really liked matt, Sara, Jess, & Catherine and will miss them. Much thanks & appreciation to A.H.T. for everything. You "guys" are the best!! I will definitely recommend Adaptive Home Therapy to anyone who asks.
