I really can't say enough great things about Activo! My neighbor recommended Michelle when I tore my meniscus and wasn't having a great experience with my former PT. Michelle took a totally different approach and I saw pretty quick improvement. She was pretty sure that I could avoid surgery, and after 4 months I was able to start running again, and now 8 months after injury I can run 6 miles pain-free. Michelle was honest about what my limitations would be, but she was pretty spot on with everything throughout my recovery. The PT interns are very sweet and thorough, the office is clean and doesn't get too crowded, they are always on time for appointments. I had a great experience and will recommend her to everyone!

What a great experience. The team at Activo have been fantastic over the years. I've had the opportunity to work with both Michelle and Shelby and I can't express how thankful I am for the physical and mental support they provided during my treatments. My last appointment was one with mixed emotions -- happy that I had completed treatments, but sad that I won't have the opportunity to visit with them anymore.

I'd never had physical therapy before and I'd heard nothing but horrible things about it. I'd recently been diagnosed with a shoulder condition that easily takes years to recover from and decided to give physical therapy a try. Was I in for a pleasant surprise! From day 1, the staff at Activo were attentive, personable, and encouraging. Not only did they immediately begin my therapy, they were very careful to be sure I didn't exceed my capabilities. Each session was like this, and as I improved, the treatments changed to be sure every aspect of my shoulder issue was dealt with effectively. Because of the friendly demeanor of the staff, I looked forward to coming in which helped make sure I was getting the proper care. God forbid I ever need physical therapy again...but if I do, I'll be going back to Activo.

I have been going to PT offices now and then over my past 40 years for various sports related, injury related and age related PT needs and Activo PT is by far the best I've been to. Michelle fully evaluates your needs, listens and hears you, shares her knowledge and expertise and surrounds herself with a highly trained, responsive and friendly staff. Rehab is work, but they explain it and help you through it.

I am so glad I heard about Activo. After two serious intestinal operations, several hospital and home therapy sessions, I still did not feel that my physical strength and endurance were the same as a year ago. Fortunately my primary care physician told me about Activo and the good work they were doing with patients in the same position as myself who were at a dead end and did not know where to turn to. Activo took me in and after 8 weeks of hard work built me up and brought me back to my former self. Thank you all of you at Activo, you are wonderful, I could not have done it without you.

I highly recommend Activo Physical Therapy. Their 2 PTs and 2 PTAs make the effort to get to know each patient and cater to their individual needs. My PT, Shelby, helped me for 3 months with my back and shoulder issues. She is is knowledgeable, personable and provided the expert care I needed. My experience with her motivated me to continue exercising regularly at home to maintain and enhance my fitness. The PTAs, Ashley and Lonza, are both fun and helpful and really made it a pleasure to do my rehab. I'm very grateful to the whole staff and can't recommend them highly enough.

Michelle Guido implemented an excellent rehab regimen for my injured knee. She was caring and efficient, making excellent use of our time together to get my strength back and regain my full range of motion. The site was easy to find and her clinic well equipped. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the wide array of equipment and gadgets. I recommend her highly!
