We initially came for physical healing from illness but quickly noticed the additional mental and emotional healing that happens as well with Dr. Hayden’s treatments and recommendations. Dr. Hayden has completely changed my life! I had chronic back pain for over 9 years and tried everything to fix my pain (chiropractor, physical therapy, medication, injections, etc.) and nothing ever worked until I found Active Life Acupuncture. The work Dr. Hayden does has taken away my chronic back pain and even helped with my anxiety. Dr. Hayden is so personal and really listens to all of your concerns. Attention stroke survivors….. Going to Active Life has been an amazing experience. Six years ago after suffering a stroke my neurologist told me that there wasn’t anything else he could do for my stroke symptoms. I tried several drugs that were unsuccessful and then went to Dr Haden for help with my symptoms. His treatment had been an answered prayer. I strongly recommend giving him a try sooner than later. It is an alternative for stoke survivors that is often overlooked.   We have so much to learn about stoke side effects.  I am grateful for the opportunity to have connected with Dr Haden. Truly a game changer!

Dr. Hayden has been my family's doctor for quite a few years, but I never had to get his help until my wife got pregnant with our daughter Lillian. He's helped us tremendously on a spiritual and physical level. He's an amazing Christian with a strong faith, and that is found almost nowhere else in the medical field. We're very blessed to have met Dr. Hayden. Even though we're still going through his treatment, God has used Dr. Hayden to keep Lillian healthy and in good of shape as possible to get ready for birth. Dr. Hayden has been confident the whole time through, and we can't thank him enough for the work he and his associates have done for us through the Lord.

Dr. Hayden is gentle, kind, and very knowledgeable. He could tell things going on in me and my husband’s bodies just by taking our Chinese medicine pulse reading. It was shockingly accurate. The acupuncture and infrared sauna are extremely relaxing and healing. I felt absolutely fantastic after treatment. His herbs and biotoxin binder helped our allergies. He also got us started on matcha, liver, heart, kidney, spleen, pancreas, brain, blood and fish eggs which all make a huge difference for our energy, mood and focus. We’ve moved away from NWA and we will miss Dr. Hayden. He is an absolute gem. Worth every penny!

I was introduced to Active Life by a friend and what a blessing that was! Dr. Hayden and his staff provide the absolute best care. They have helped me to get off of thyroid medication, and also helped tremendously while I was expecting my third child. I had to be on several medications to keep food down for the entire nine months of my first two pregnancies and that was not the case this time. I was eating well and staying active and had the most vibrant strong baby at the end. This staff delivers real results and have cared for me as if I was family. They are simply the best! I have had autoimmune issues for 17 years and have been to countless rheumatologists and conventional doctors of all sorts during those 17 years. I have been medically gaslighted, put on horrible prescriptions that only made my mental and physical health worse. Then, more recently, I had an awful experience with my OBGYN where she had me on birth control pills while still being pregnant with an incomplete miscarriage which completely wrecked my cycle and hormonal health. When I came to Dr. Hayden, I was defeated and angry. His approach as a TCM doctor/acupuncturist was unlike any experience I had with conventional doctors. He listened and mapped things out in a way that was blew my mind, honestly. For the first time, I felt HEARD by a medical professional. He knew by my pulse I was angry and had horrible anxiety and got to work. My first session I went home and cried all night long, acupuncture caused a deep emotional release for me and I knew instantly after one session that acupuncture was more legitimate than anything else I had tried in the last 17 years. It was like a month of talk therapy in one acupuncture session. He simplified things for me and focused on stress, nutrition which I know is the root cause of so many illnesses. Dr Hayden has the kindest and warmest bedside manner and I began looking forward to my treatment. My anxiety almost disappeared, my hormonal health became balanced and my inflammation was almost non existent after 4 treatments. Acupuncture changed my life and was part of the catalyst to my healing. I would never go anywhere else in NWA for medical advice, Dr Hayden is simply the best!

Been seeing Dr Hayden for a few months now. Have been dealing with psoriasis for over 20 years, the treatment plan they have been doing has helped tremendously. I would say my symptoms are about 75% improved in this short time.
