There’s a lot that’s nice about this place, but beware of how hard and expensive it is to cancel your subscription here. I just canceled because we don’t really go to enough to make the $350+ per month (!!!) worth it for a family of 4. Here’s what I had to do: 1. Call them and answer all the questions about why I want to cancel 2. Get them to email me a link to a form to cancel 3. Fill out the form 4. Call them again to confirm that they will cancel And that means I’m done paying them right? Nope. They will still charge me again because they requiere 30 days advance written notice to cancel a plan. Did I mention I paid $200 in initiation fees a couple months ago just to start paying them? I would have liked to resubscribe sometime when it works better for us, but I think the sheer draconian expense of joining and leaving means that we will not.

I’m enjoying the club though I agree with others, the executive locker rooms (which I’m paying up for) and the standard ones are beyond tired. They need new carpets, furniture and decor. Honestly, the walls and corners throughout the whole club could use patch and painting as well. We moved from SF and are grateful for this amenity…but yes, I agree w/other reviewers… this club is dated and a bit dingy. I hope management can get funding to fix the place up.

I've been a member at Synergy for several years now, and the way they handled the pandemic has proven that they really care about their clients. Communication throughout has been clear. Staff are always kind and considerate, and the cleanliness has been outstanding. I appreciate the lengths Synergy has gone to to make sure we have workouts available, whether on video or live via Zoom, outdoors on the pool deck and other outdoor areas, and in the lap pool. Fantastic experience. My place of peace.

Probably the best gym or fitness center I have ever been to. It is clean and well maintained. Front desk personnel are very welcoming and friendly. Equipment is in great condition and there’s an army of PT’s to help you to improve.

Mark and Jamie are exceptional at keeping this club going. They know everybody's name and they make everyone feel so welcome. They act quickly to answer all your questions and resolve any issues. The club is very clean and the equipment is great. Another plus is if you are vaccinated you do not have to wear a mask.

Love my gym! The entire staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment and space is clean and I really enjoy the various group classes, as well as Zone for my HIIT workouts. It is definitely a fun environment, while achieving my fitness goals!

Utilizing the great lap pool since last summer has definitely helped to sustain me during the pandemic. They continue to follow CDC and state guidelines for cleanliness and social distancing which makes me feel more comfortable being there. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this health club.

The club is great. We joined, some 4 years ago, because it was so clean and they had a great child care. Now, the locker rooms are filthy, steam room is moldy as is the hot tub. After St Joseph's medical purchased them, they have gone down hill.
