Active Therapy

All the therapists are great. I love that they work one on one and don’t have multiple patients at once. I recommend and refer patients to them as much as I can!

I worked with Erik for several months during rehabbing from spinal surgery. He also helped with my hip bursitis. Lots of different exercises to rehab both areas. He was very good at explaining what each exercise was doing and offered great encouragement through the whole process. Scheduling of appointments was very flexible. A plus is each day I am feeling better and stronger. I have always been very active and I believe I am well on my way back. Leroy

Excellent graduated exercise plan after hip replacement. Very attentive to my progress and if any adjustments in plan needed. Very pleasant to work with. All the staff is nice.

I was referred to Nick (Active Spine) by my headache neurologist to see if PT could help with my migraines. Nick took the time to listen to my specific physical conditions and he really cared. I have talked to many different professionals to address my headaches. Many times I would walk away thinking about how they just brushed away most of my symptoms. Not Nick. Also Sara was very welcoming and let me know what to expect on the first few visits. Nick worked directly with me and spent time doing very specific treatment of each little muscle in my neck, spine and head. He was super friendly and explained each technique before applying. After each treatment I felt relief and over a few weeks started feeling better as the specific muscles strengthened and relaxed. I can't say enough about Nick and his practice. I also can see why one of the top headache specialists would refer to Active Spine. They are great.

This was my second time with Active Therapy and I must say they get better by the minute. The first time I had the "boss man" Nick and he is nothing less than awesome. The second time I had Erik and he is awesome as well. Both times I had improvement and highly recommend Active Therapy to anyone who has a need for relief from whatever condition effects them. Active Physical Therapy is AMAZING!!!!! Le-git!!! I injured my neck and back and went through months of chiropractic care.... my back wasn’t healing and my neck was only partially healed. I did therapy in 2019 after a major foot and achilles surgery. Erik Gapp helped me tremendously health wise throwing in humor, comfort and kindness throughout my experience.
