Active Physical Therapy

I had the pleasure of receiving care at Active Physical Therapy after a very traumatic auto accident. The level of care and compassion I received is truly unmatched. The entire staff is responsible for taking a horrible experience and turning it into a beautiful memory. The reassurance and coordination from the administrators Kia and Marilyn was such a help. I was able to shift my focus and rest knowing they had everything under control. Each physical therapist was extremely attentive and focused on every aspect of my recovery. Choosing Active to aid in my road to healing was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Without the compassion and highly skilled service from Jessica and Sarah, I’m sure I would still be stiff and in enough pain to literally bring me to tears. These two women treated me like royalty and surfaced strength I didn’t know I had. I’m forever grateful.

This was one of the best physical therapy facilities I've ever been to. Not only was every staff member friendly they were very informative on every exercise that will have me feeling back like myself in weeks! My daughter and I left there feeling 100% better and still do some of the exercise routines at home. Special S/O to Ms. Ashley Hall she was so kind and sweet also very patient with my 9 year old I really appreciated that! The whole team was great and i would recommend them to anyone that wants to feel better after any type of accidents! Thank you Active Physical Therapy.

I started coming to this facility in August through Dec. 6, 2022; due to car accident. I would like to thank Ashley for all of her assistance with my physical therapy. I was always greeted with a smile and concern of how I was coming along; as she showed me what forms to do, and made sure they were done correctly. Along with the ONLY one wiping down the equipment once you have finished. KUDOS TO ASHLEY!!!. Thank you KIA for being a reliable receptionist. Keep your pleasant personality going KUDOS..

Not the best physical therapy. I worked with Sam who was absolutely fantastic! But the atmosphere in the location is a bit weird often weird movies playing in the background) and the therapists are not the most attentive. Often, when I went, my PT had created a program for me in advance, but a PT Assistant was the one actually directing me to the exercises, and no one was watching me while I did them to ensure I had good form.

My experience with Active has been incredible. From my first visit to my last!! Kia and Marilyn are the perfect duo when it comes to the receptionist staff, they offset one another. I have never felt any better. This is the place to go for therapy!! I love them all.

I had a great experience here. Each of the physical therapist showed genuine care in making sure that I was executing exercises properly. Everyone had a pleasant demeanor and impressed me in regards to the professionalism. There is a great team at this location. You will be in great hands with Ashley, Comfort, Sam, Tosin, Johan and Renita. Thanks to this awesome team for the positive experience you created during my recovery. You will definitely be in great hands with this awesome team!

Came to Active Physical Therapy after my car accident— Staff including Maryland, Tosin, Rachel, and Ray are amazing. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Was able to make a speedy recovery with their help!

I'm recovering from a foot surgery and being non weight bearing for a few months. The entire team at Active Physical Therapy has been great over the past two months of PT sessions. I've worked with Comfort, Tosin, and Ashley and it really has made a huge difference in my mobility and re-motivating me to be active again. Thank you!
