Active Physical Therapy

Had PT at this location after a full knee replacement. Could not have been more satisfied with the excellent care and staff expertise. They were extremely knowledgeable through every phase of recovery and provided the exact level of exercise needed to allow me to achieve my goals. Highly recommend!

All the therapist is good Jim.It is very friendly and has good conversation that I noticed along with the staff I rate active physical therapy 5 star.

Absolutely fantastic team!!! I spent 37 visits and felt heard and respected every single time. They took great care to understand my needs and meet me at my function level. I’m sad to leave but grateful for full use of my shoulder again!! Anup and Thomas were awesome!!

Such an amazing team from the front desk to the physical therapists. I felt completely listened to and had exercises and stretches tailored to me, increasing difficulty when I was able to. I fully trusted the team and by following their instructions saw a noticeable difference. I would recommend this location for PT to whoever needs it!

The team at Active in the laplata location are great people and very friendly and welcoming to everyone that comes in and have questions. The team is also helpful with scheduling and making sure to give notice of changes well in advance.

I was recommended to start PT from my primary care doc and since I live and work close to La Plata, I Chose to try Active PT. First off, let me start by saying that their front staff ladies are amazing and made scheduling so easy. They had a ton of availability which I liked. From my evaluation with Anup, I liked his demeanor and professionalism. He explained the goals and was positive that PT would be a great solution for my pain. Thomas was a fantastic Physical Therapist and I was happy to hear that after 12 sessions (2x week for 6 weeks) that I could graduate and start exercising at home. My pain has decreased dramatically and I attest this to the fantastic team at Active PT. Thank you guys again

This place is top notch from the front desk to the therapist. Anup is a great therapist and very knowledgeable on treating patients. He is also very personable and pleasant to be around. His attitude is exceptional and has helped me with my shoulder and trigger thumb. I highly recommend calling them for any therapy needs. They will get you in right away to where you’re not waiting a month for the appointment.
