I would like to inform to the company that you should assign a very polite front desk person. A customer has to be respected and be helped I also would like to appreciate the help tolerance and good treatment that I got from Dr. Anthony. Keep it this good work Two weeks ago, I provided the above comments to the company for the improvement of the reception part of the Hyattsville branch (1535 University Blvd E Ste D Hyattsville, MD 20783). I proved that the company considers customers' opinions seriously and I found a very drastic shift and now you will encounter a very customer-friendly reception behavior. Thank you for that. I also would like to thank staff like Lisa and Kao who are very friendly, supportive, and professional. Keep up this good work ethic. After getting treatment for a couple of months, I will still reiterate the excellent service that I am getting from this branch (i.e at 1535 University Blvd. East Suit D). Particularly, I would like to acknowledge and highly appreciate the service I am getting from Shelby Rose Stingley (PTA). She is very polite, professional and exploring different creative ways to treat lower back pain. Please keep it up this customer friendly and creative treatment.

My experience at Active Physical Therapy was excellent. I went to the Hyattsville location for PT after knee surgery. Staff were warm, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Anthony developed a PT program that was supportive and challenging to help me regain strength in my knee. Lisa was supportive in helping implement the program and guided me through exercises. The entire staff worked in a collaborative manner often suggesting ways to improve my form and get the best out of the workout. Thanks to Active for helping me strengthening my knee beyond where it was before surgery.

AMAZING STAFF & CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Everyone here is super sweet and very welcoming! Great atmosphere and always answers any questions or concerns I have. They assist me in my workouts and encourage me when I need it! I will definitely recommend Active Physical therapy in Hyattsville to everyone!! They fixed me up so well after my car accident. They are very professional and helpful. They cater to your needs and listen to you as a client. Would definitely recommend 10/10 Anthony and the whole team are great!

I would like to thank the therapist Darshi and the staff. Everyone was so pleasant and awesome. I was well taken care of and the treatment provided had me feeling much better. I definitely recommend this place not only the staff was great but the facility was clean and sanitize after every use. If you have suffered from an injury due to a work, auto or sport you need to come see these guy they will have you feeling great. Thank you all for your excellent service.

I used Active Physical Therapy to rehab a wrist injury. They used a variety of methods to promote my healing, including exercises, ice, cupping, electrical stimulation, and taping. The staff was very attentive in overseeing my rehab, asking questions about my recovery, and making sure I was using correct posture. They were also very pleasant to the point that I looked forward to coming in. I highly recommend them!

The staff is super nice, courteous and helpful… they are very attentive to my needs…I enjoy going there for therapy…. They make sure am always ok… I look forward to going to therapy three times a week…
