APT staff is the best the warm welcome from the front office to the therapists is of another level. I went there with a lot pain after an accident but their smiles made me forget the pain. The gentleness of the therapists is on another level. I can’t thank you enough. God Bless you all.

My experience at APT - Gaithersburg was nothing short of excellent. The front desk staff is friendly, organized, and professional, the therapists and medical staff are attentive, warm, and knowledgeable, and the environment is welcoming and lively. Active is very recommended the techs are the best it’s more than just physical therapy . I honestly would never forget Maria , precc and letty they are a huge help . They are the reasons why i make it back to therapy 2-3 days out the week.

Since late May of last year to January of this year, I have been a patient of Active Therapy at 211 Perry Parkway in Gaithersburg. In that time, I have seen, I suspect every single therapist, and each one has treated me with unparalleled, professionalism and kindness. I have benefited immensely from the therapy they offered, and I would like to thank all of them for helping me to achieve this objective.

Just a quick note to express my gratitude to the staff for the terrific service that was provided to me during recent visits. As for myself, I typically start off being a complete cynic and profess that this stuff (PT) will not work. Well now I am a believer. About a year ago I started my therapy and I was impressed by how this started to work very well. I have serious issues with my lower back and hips. Yogesh Jain has been my therapist for over a year and I am extremely grateful to know him, he has so much knowledge regarding on any topic related to is profession. His work is amazing and always a pleasant experience on every visit. Please extend my appreciation to the rest of your staff for a job well done and the professional manner in which each and every one of them Carrie’s themselves. Highly recommend this location. This Establishment is fantastic! Over the months, I was there getting treatment. I was blessed with an amazing staff. Their exceptional customer service every time I arrived. Welcomed every time I come for my appointments by Frania was great. She was accommodating and understanding. Also, going into my daily exercises, I was helped by Martin and Vanessa. They were able to push me in the right direction and also make me feel comfortable. The two Physical therapists Yogesh and Anjita, are incredible. They both love their jobs and are devoted to ensuring that their client is on the best recovery plan. This place really cares for there patients. I am thrilled that I was able to meet these wonderful people.
