Active Physical Therapy

I have been going to this place three time a week for almost three weeks now. I personally commend the staff at the front desk (Allison) and specially my therapist, Ms. Carlene Donaldson. I found her to be a true professional and knows what she is doing, the reason why I made all my appointments with her. She is very caring and shows concern for my needs. She even take an extra mile to assure that my condition is improving. She even gave me sheets of paper containing exercises I have to do at home. I feel I am making incredible progress. Therefore, I am recommending this location to anyone in need of theraphy.

Customer service is superb. The ladies at the front desk are pleasant, helpful and patient.. All of the physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are great that I've worked with! A special thank you to Kezia who is a PT superstar! I recommend this center without hesitation!

I’m extremely happy with how I’ve been cared for at this facility. The staff is amazing and my therapist is attentive to my needs. I’ve made incredible progress with my injury. Not once have I had any issues with scheduling or how they have handled my appointments in general. If you want quality work and professionalism, this is definitely the place for you!

The work is hard but the results are great. I have been to other facilities but I have to say my physical improvement with Active PT has been worth the exercises they put in place for me after my initial consultation. I would definitely return every time. I highly recommend their service the entire staff are the best. I was there for 22 visits and could feel a huge improvement even my family told me they were seeing a big improvement. I became more active and had more strength and were able to do things that I had not been able to do in a while. I went there for lower back pain and nerve damage after a previous back surgery. I just want to say thank you to the team at Active Physical Therapy!!

I had 8 weeks of physical therapy here and they were awesome! The staff was friendly and helpful. There was this one lady that would always make sure I was doing my exercises right and if I wasn't she would make me start over lol. It was a team effort to get me back to full strength after my accident and I am very appreciative for all of their efforts. Hopefully I have no need for them again but if something should happen they will be the first office I call.

I had a fall which resulted in 3 fractured ribs a swollen knee and pain from my fingers shoulders and back. I was in so much pain that I waited a month before going in for physical therapy. They did an excellent job making sure I was setup with the correct exercises and the staff was so pleasant and caring I knew I was in the right place and at the end of therapy I was amazed by the results I felt so much better. I’m going to continued working out at home doing the exercises they taught me. I highly recommend them.

Professional, knowledgeable, organized, encouraging, awesome “bedside manner”, caring, clean, great customer service and Satisfied RESULTS. Words to describe everything I’ve experienced from day 1 and that says a lot because I’ve had to come here since 2017 off and on. I personally love all of the staffs personalities. I had fun every visit with the staff and that’s icing on the cake when physical therapy more than often is undesirable because of the pain. Keep up the great work!!!! Would definitely recommend to all who need their services you won’t regret it.

Needed a month of strengthening for my knee injury and my mom referred me to Active PT where she receives her therapy too. Needless to say, I had a great experience. Staff were approachable, very helpful and professional right from my first evaluation up to discharge. They even took the time to explain the purpose and target of each exercise/modality! I want to thank my physical therapist and all other staff members for taking care of me, setting clear goals and helping me reach them! Highly recommended.
