My husband and I both go there. The staff and the owners Kay & Jim are so polite so encouraging give us homework all the time which we do we have never been to a place like this you just feel like we are all family. Love this place.

Same last name but no relation. I was sent to Active Physical Therapy after a total knee replacement. I was more than pleased. I was led through a series of exercises with a focus on full rehabilitation. Every employee was kind, attentive, and conducted themselves professionally.

Love Physical Therapy here with Jim and Kay. They listen and give great information and exercises for my different pain/body areas. All 5 of my family members have been at Active Physical Therapy at some point. They helped me recover from my neck surgery and are helping take care of my body while I await my back surgery. I highly recommend.

Glad to be back with Jim & Kay. Such caring people. My 1st visit since before covid. I was in pain when I went in, but came out with much relief. Can't wait until next week. Love you guys.

I found the trainer very helpful, and the exercise she taught helped a lot. I will surely recommend this place. The staff is always on time and very professional. However, you may find that it is not as fancy as other big names but a place to consider for physical therapy.

This place is all about money 💰 & fake People with false prestige. I went there to get better instead they broke my back and now with new MRI I have a severe pinched nerve and causing severe sciatic nerve shocks coming to my left leg, all these happened by their new therapist by name Sydney from Livermore ca, who was hired by the owners Who did not have good or enough experience in training people who wrecked my back having me do marching bridges when I had back problems already. She made me do every week some challenging stretch work out to mess my back/ physical health. At the beginning she would be all nice and at the end she took some kind of a mental frustration by having me do some improper ones for my age. She had no respect for my age. Finally I gave up going there. Now I am taking treatment from another therapist in Sanramon and Pleasanton. They are awesome. Please do not use the Tracy active physical therapy. The weird thing about is the owner James Miller is a weird guy. Very Alien 👽 him self has no social skills and looks like a loner. Very rude & illmannered.

Excellent!!! Very nice, helpful professional staff and great service! Everyone is overachiever and doing their best! Absolutely recommend!
