Active Life Physical Therapy - Perry Hall

Active Life provided treatment for my shoulder injury. The therapists (Rachel, Ali, and Moriah) were fantastic. The assistants were great at starting the sessions off. The front end staff were attentive and helpful in setting and adjusting appointments as necessary. I have regained almost full functionality in my shoulder enabling me to avoid surgery and enjoy my day to day activities. THANK YOU ACTIVE LIFE!

This is my 2nd experience as a client with Active Life PT. I am very pleased with their friendliness, respectfulness and top notch professional care. From the receptionist to the PT techs and advanced treatment providers with whom I have worked (Mariah, Alexandra and Michael), I can tell they are a caring knowledgable and collaborative team striving to meet the highest standard of PT care in a welcoming environment. As a result of the care that I am receiving at my appointments, my knee is feeling better/stronger. An unexpected perk this time is access to the Limber app which makes it easier to follow my treatment program at home! I feel confident that I will continue to improve with the expert guidance and encouragement of the staff. I highly recommend Active Life Physical Therapy!

Wonderful, caring staff. I went from a pain level 9 down to a 1 within just a few weeks of therapy. You get individual attention and everyone helps you to get better. The therapists are wonderful.

I recently completed rehab for a total knee replacement. The staff works as a seamless team, and there is a friendliness among everyone. I had excellent results from the program and my orthopedic surgeon was so pleased. And I will be returning when I have the other knee done very soon.

I was assigned Georgie as my PT for my drop foot. I was alittle apprehensive since she was right out of school but she was amazing. Every time I went in she had researched something new for me to try so every visit was kept fresh. She's compassion, caring and a good listener...weighing in with her training with suggestions for me to get better.
