Active Life Physical Therapy - Jacksonville

I would highly recommend Active Life Physical Therapy in Jacksonville! The physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond. Christina is just wonderful! She had a treatment plan for me that resolved my back pain, provided explanations of all the exercises, and made sure they were done properly. Everyone at Active Life was so helpful, friendly & professional!

Christina and all the staff at Active Life in Jacksonville are professional, caring, and personable. They made my input important to my plan of care, worked with my schedule for setting up office visits, gave me clear instructions for home exercises, and helped me reach my “graduation” in a timely manner. After just two months of therapy, with only one or two sessions per week, and my home exercises, I am pain free. I highly recommend this dedicated group of therapists.

Andy was energetic and greeted me with a smile, made sure sure I had all my appointments scheduled and gave me a print-out! Wow! My first appointment with Josh was just what the doctor ordered. His friendly demeanor allows you to relax and focus. He listened intently and asked just the right questions. Then, he did a specific maneuver which allowed me to continue with my weekend plans. Ahh. Josh gave me an exercise regimen which was easy to follow. Thank you Josh and Andy! My second appointment was just as superb with Aiden greeting me on arrival and enthusiastically helping with several exercises. He explained them very well and made sure I had all that I needed before departure. Josh was attentive and pinpoints the exact location that needs work! He chooses just the right exercises and makes sure I do them correctly. Josh is awesome! I feel relief with each visit! What a difference already. I am so glad I chose Active Life at Jacksonville!

I definitely recommend Active Life Physical Therapy in Jacksonville for rehabilitation. The staff is very professional and the aura in the facility is extremely positive. Josh was excellent and patient as my main therapist. All the others in the office were also friendly and extremely professional - Andy, Aiden, Christina and Liz. Most importantly they were able to accomplish the goals of my surgeon getting my fractured leg from a swollen, painful, walker dependent appendage to walking unaided. Thank you.

After back surgery in December 2023, I was given a few options for Physical Therapy and a recommendation for a particular practice.  I chose the recommendation, even though it was twenty-five minutes from my residence. I began therapy in February 2024 at the Active Life Jacksonville location. Three times a week for four months. It was a joy to go to treatment. Everyone's reception was off the chart. The clean facility, outstanding professionalism, and the treatment for my recovery were on point. I give my therapist, Josh, maximum credit for my speedy recovery. I know I received a five-star treatment. I was there long enough to see many other patients receive the same treatment. I will recommend treatment at this facility any day. Thank you, Mr. Haffner.

Josh and team provided great post surgical PT for my knee. I started going the week following surgery and received prompt care. Appointments always start promptly (no long wait times when you show up) and everyone is friendly and caring. The location is super convenient.

I had an excellent experience with Active Life! Christina and Josh are a great team. They were warm and friendly and provided clear explanations and instructions. I progressed through my treatment well and feel more informed moving forward. I also appreciated the bowl of candy in the waiting area— thanks, Andy!
