Another excellent visit for an injection. Dr. Lundquist and Staff are very friendly and make me feel so comfortable and confident to address my pain. Also there are different options available to patients. Olivia will spend as much time as needed to answer questions during office visits as she is very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely refer Active Life to everyone.

I have had the best experience with the doctors and staff at Active Life Physical Medicine and Pain Center. There is rarely any wait time to get appointments and as I said the doctors are first class. They work hard to treat my pain and offer alternative options if my pain is not being controlled. I work with Olivia and Lauren and both are excellent. You won't be disappointed.

These 2 - Lauren and Wendi - were awesome. They listened intently, gave me details about treatment choices, and developed a treatment plan. They spent 1 hour with me! Meeting with Dr. Lindquist and her staff was a great change from what I have been receiving elsewhere. Time was taken (1 1/2) hours to review my medical history, doctors I have seen and procedures that have been performed relating to my issues. Options and incremental steps that will be taken to address my medical issues and the results that hopefully I am looking for. I am looking forward to my next visit.

The staff including pre-injection nurses, George the anesthesiologist, Dr Wendi that does the injections and the pre-release nurses are all really friendly and competent! The Physician Assistants, Lauren and Olivia are also really great! I've been to both the Litchfield and Surprise offices and both are clean and great! I've had several injections as we tackle my many lumbar pain areas as well as in the base of my thumb. I trust them explicitly!

I have been going to Active Life for a couple years now. I have pain issues in my neck, spine and knees. Olivia, PA, very attentive and the rest of the staff are professional and kind. They take their time listening to your issues and work with you to find solutions! Have been to orthopedic back specialists and told me that there was nothing they could do. Yesterday had A2m injections to my back and feeling hooeful!
