THANK YOU UNIVERSE FOR ACTIVE CARE PT!!! Having hyper-mobility and a degenerative disc disease means I need a tailored therapy plan so I was nervous about seeing a PT and not being able to get the care I need. Colman, Kali and the trainers I have worked with are attentive, invested and willing to explain everything we are doing in detail for my peace of mind. Thank you for giving me confidence again in being able to move without injuring myself. Feel so blessed to have this team behind me.

I'd already had a great experience with Active Care a few years ago, so when I tore my ACL this year I knew they were the Physio Therapy team I wanted to work with. Everyone here is top notch, from Spencer and rest of the front office staff, to the fantastic trainers. Jocelyn, Brandon, Cali and GianLuca have all helped me push myself in a safe way and explain movements in a way that help me nail the various exercises. My PT, Colman is incredible at focusing in and understanding you as an individual. He helped me visualize clearly what my recovery would look like and was able to help me work out the best options and plan to suit my needs. I am well on the road to my knee not only being as strong, but even stronger that it was before. Hopefully I don't have another injury like this again, but if I do I'll be sure to return to Active Care!

Unfortunately this place was nearly the only pt office that took my insurance. The people are great, but as many have already mentioned, they're very overbooked. Each physical Therapist has 3-4 Personal trainers working simultaneously for them, and each trainer has 4-5 patients they see at a time. Basically each PT easily handles 15 patients simultaneously. I am not sure if this is completely legal since one therapist is charging at least 10x their time. I wouldn't really mind if this was a personal trainer office but you will be charged for an hour of physical therapy with a physical therapist you will likely see for less than 5 minutes, and a personal trainer you'll see for 20. Given the number of therapists they have and the huge number of patients, they do a good job. But I'd suggest they stop booking so many people and hire more therapists.

I had the best experience at Active Care! I came in with a knee injury and Coleman and his team were so helpful in assessing my condition, communicating with my doctor, listening to my goals, and helping me arrange a timeline for recovery! Coleman and Gianluca were the trainers I worked with and I always felt very cared for and a top priority. I would (and did!) recommend them to a friend and would similarly recommend them to anyone looking for a physical therapist. The facility is incredibly clean, the support staff very friendly and accommodating, and the overall energy in the office is very optimistic! My knee has healed and I am back to long distance running and am no longer experiencing any discomfort/pain. I attribute this success entirely to the Active Care team who assured me I would make a full recovery with their help!

I have gone to Active Care for various injuries over a couple decades now- and the care has been consistently excellent! Coleman and his staff are very knowledgable and know what it will take to get you healed and moving, and back to whatever level of athleticism you want to return to or achieve!

I would recommend this place to anyone. I went here twice a week for 10 weeks for multiple surgeries (hand and shoulder). They were all very professional and got my back on my mountain bike!

I cannot even begin to describe how much Colman and his team truly care about their patients. I am an Ironman triathlete and initially came into Active Care because of a hip flexor sprain 6 weeks before a race. Colman almost instantly knew the hip pain was stemming from a back injury, but I told him I was committed to doing the race. Him and Ian listened to my goals and helped design a plan for race day. While I was able to the complete the race the road to recovery after was grueling. I was in a terrible place mentally wondering how I was ever going to be able to race again, let alone even workout again. Colman and Ian not only helped me physically back to recovery, but also mentally. They helped me get over my fear of biking and running, and 10 months later I am training for another Ironman. They never for one second let me believe I couldn’t do what I loved, but encouraged me to have patience, trust their process, and trust myself. They truly go above and beyond to understand your story and design the best path to recovery that fits you. Please please do not hesitate and go to Active Care for help!

A++ I have been nursing a back injury for 5+ years. I recently messed up my shoulder trying to fix that. I was discouraged and thought I was doomed, but Colman and Cali have put me back on track! My favorite part of Active Care, outside of the people, is that I really feel the progress and the workout. If you put in the work here; you will see big stride!
