Active Care Chiropractic & Rehabilitation

I sought chiropractic care postpartum and am SO glad to have landed at Active Care! Dr. Freseth is knowledgeable and helps me set realistic expectations of what my body is capable of all while validating the beautiful and challenging parts of the new mama experience. I’ve also had therapeutic massages with Cheryl who is equally amazing! The staff at Active Care are incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming and you can tell the whole team genuinely loves what they do.

I started coming to Active Care when I first learned of my pregnancy, for prenatal adjustments and massages. All of the staff is so incredibly nice and attentive, Gretchen and Cheryl are the ones I see most often and they are fantastic! They have events where speakers come in to educate on acupuncture, lactation/breastfeeding, and other interesting helpful topics. I recommend AC to everyone!

I've been going here for several months and noticed an improvement in my overall back/neck discomfort. I like that when I come into the office, I'm greeted by name every time. The office has a calm atmosphere which for the time I'm there takes me to a relaxed state of mind. I'm happy that I've found a Chiropractic office that takes care of all modes i.e. nutrition, massage etc. I recommend them to anyone.

We love love love active care. Not only do they make our bodies feel better (my 3 kids included!) they are so welcoming, friendly and supportive. Truly feel so cared for from this team. I recommend them to everyone. I used to get chronic headaches and I have not had a headache in months since seeing them consistently. Chiro care is our first line of defense when my kids are sick as well. Check them out!!

It’s my two year anniversary with Active Care and I am very happy with every aspect of their practice. Dr. Tanya’s encouragement to get well has been and is life changing.Dr Gretchen introduced Acupuncture into mix as well. Ashley’s thoughtful and clinically supported me to pay better my nutrition needs. Natalia’s massage is restorative and will remain part of my healthcare plan. The entire office is invested in their client’s/patient’s return to better health.

The best, most comprehensive care you will get anywhere. I had back pain for years following an injury which became unbearable during pregnancy. Not only did Dr. Karm help me then, but I no longer have the pain years later! If you are pregnant, Active care is amazing resource to have to get you feeling well, answer all your questions, and point you toward any specialists you might need pre or postpartum. Also- the office staff helps you set up appointments by text. Could you ask for anything better!

Oh my Gosh I can’t tell you how much I love this practice!!! I’ve seen all the docs through different stages and needs in life pregnancy to postpartum and now to natural health and wellness! But I gotta share my latest! I woke up with terrible migraine, I was nauseous, dizzy and otherwise not well! I usually just struggle through it, However with Thanksgiving days away and a schedule packed full with clients I knew I needed help and remembered Dr Karm telling me that an adjustment can make a huge difference. I called up they worked me In and Dr Schwarzbeck helped me feel like myself again In minutes, adding in some additional tips to help while at work or at home to help release tension. It was amazing. I walked out of there able to see no longer nauseous and able to finish up the work day strong! I love this team! They really do treat you like family!

It’s always a positive experience here, whether I’m in for an adjustment or a massage. I’m so grateful for the quality care provided to me during and after my pregnancy. The staff, including front desk/administrative, is excellent, friendly, and super organized. I would, and do, recommend this practice to family and friends.,
