Active Alignment Massage Therapy

I cannot more highly recommend Active Alignment. Erin is knowledgeable, focused, and thorough in addressing all the ridiculous ways I manage to hurt myself. She goes above and beyond to work through your injury, and to also teach you ways to stretch, etc to better prevent further damage. I didn't realize how our if wack my frame and muscles had become after 10 years of desk work (I guess boiling a frog slowly is the way to do it). After the first two sessions with Erin, including massage and targeted adjustments to posture, I'm feeling better physically (and subsequently mentally) than I have in a long time.

Erin has done an amazing job helping me heal and get back to full activity after numerous injuries now. She is great at looking at the whole body and not getting distracted by symptoms. Her willingness to take the time to teach stretches and exercises to continue at home empowered me to take my recovery into my own hands. I highly recommend a visit to Erin at Active Alignment!

Literally the best. Erin is skilled, chill, but very professional, the exact personality you'd want for a massage. I went to her during both of my pregnancies and after an injury and she was immensely helpful not only when I was on the table but giving me tips and pointers to avoid injury and take care of myself afterwards. I would recommend her to anybody looking for a professional therapist.
