ACTIVCORE PHYSICAL THERAPY

My massage therapist suggested that I see Skylar for my hip & knee pain (from old injury). After just 4 visits, my hip /knee pain from scoliosis (and an old injury) subsided. Skylar is thorough and prescribed exercises (with helpful videos) for me to do at home. She is knowledgable about scoliosis and knows exactly what to say so that I can access muscles that need to wake up from my scoliosis. I’m so happy I’ve find Skylar. Although I am not in pain anymore, she’ll be a good resource for me and my family.

I have had a lot of PT in my life and Dr. Skylar Orton is the best PT professional I have ever had. She is thoughtful, knows what she is doing and cares. I give this glowing review reluctantly because, as Dr. Ortan becomes more popular, it will be harder to get an appointment.

I had a great experience at Activecore Physical Therapy. Dr Orton was very thorough and took her time leading me through various exercises. She took videos that she shared with me after the session so I can remember everything we went over. The space was very clean and comfortable with all the latest equipment and instruments for physical therapy. I highly recommend this practice!

I had a recent knee replacement and completed all my rehab with Dr. Skylar Orton. Dr. Orton created a unique care plan for each of my sessions with specialized exercises and in depth evaluations. Unlike traditional PT facilities, Dr. Orton works with her patients one on one for the full hour. My orthopedic surgeon felt I was improving faster than anticipated with my recovery program due to her guidance. She addressed strength, range of motion, healing and balance at every session. Her exercises can be done in your home or local gym without having to purchase additional equipment. Dr. Orton is empathetic, listens to your concerns and makes adjustments as needed. She is an excellent physical therapist and strives to provide the best care for her patients. Amazing experience with Activcore and Dr. Orton!

Skylar and Red Cord are amazing! I have hyper mobility and have been struggling to resolve an injury for four years. After my first session I was pain free in my neck for 5 days which was the first time in years. We have continued to progress and resolve pain in other areas and each time results in longer periods of reduced pain. I highly recommend Skylar and red cord to anyone looking for a great addition to their recovery and care.

PT by Dr Orton was incredibly helpful! I have cervical and lumbar spine degeneration. I went to Dr Orton for 6 weeks pre/post PRP injections. She helped my recovery immensely!!! I’ll be continuing with her over the course of time. Red cord PT is unbelievable. I’d never heard of such a thing. Thank you, Skylar, for everything!!!
