Activated Movement Physical Therapy

I went in to see Trevor for a quick consultation about some limited mobility in my 3 year old son’s thumb. He was not only thorough and gentle, but also creative in getting my son to engage with the movements because he was shy and nervous. He gave helpful direction for next steps to increase mobility at home. Trevor is a great physical therapist and thoughtful about how to engage with patients!

I brought my 11 year old daughter to see Trevor about some knee pain she has been experiencing. He actively and thoughtfully asked pointed questions in order to gain more insight into what was causing the pain. He then performed a very thorough assessment paired with exercises that she can do to strengthen her muscles. He quickly got to the root of the issue and she was filled with hope for recovery when we left.

I've had chronic pain due to a bulging disc in my lower back for over 30 years. When it flares up every month or two, I can't stand up straight and the pain is debilitating. So I made an appointment with Activated Movement Physical Therapy. My physical therapist, Trevor, spent a full hour evaluating and improving not just the problem area, but many other parts of my body that are related to the problem in direct and indirect ways. It was definitely a learning experience. By the end of the session, my back, balance, and posture were all significantly improved, my previously injured ankle was improved (which was a pleasant surprise), and areas of my torso, back and legs were more flexible and comfortable. I felt and continue to feel fantastic. Afterwards I drove my car without pain, exited the vehicle and stood up straight without pain. This was not the case throughout the two weeks leading up to my appointment. I've seen a physical therapist before, and have used various exercises and stretches to treat my back, but nothing has worked as well as this. Trevor is a gifted physical therapist, and a pleasure to talk to. Can't recommend Activated Movement PT enough.

Awesome experience! Trevor truly understands what's going on with my situation and how it affects my whole body. He is great at finding and fixing the root cause of the issue, not just adding a band-aid. After seeing multiple other physical therapists with no luck Trevor is by far the best! I'm so thankful for his help!
