Cyril, the physical therapist, was excellent. He is not only a skilled therapist but also very friendly and approachable. He consistently made all my appointments on time and ensured that each session was productive and comfortable. I was referred to him from our family and I highly recommend him for anyone seeking professional and compassionate care.

Activa is a hidden gem. Great physical therapy place. Cyril who was my therapist knows what he is doing. Very thorough and compassionate. If you have physical therapy needs, this is the place to be ! Very spacious, clean facility. You get one on one attention from your therapist. Highly recommend!!

Come here if you want individualized care. The staff is kind and attentive. I vastly prefer a privately owned facility over the big name corporate run organizations. The billing process is done quickly and efficiently. I never had a problem making or changing an appointment. I made a lot of progress and would definitely recommend them.

Cyril did an outstanding job helping me with my plantar fasciitis. He was super attentive and thorough in confirming my diagnosis, asked several follow up questions to refine the treatment plan and I always came away from our sessions feeling great. The mobile app was very helpful in keeping up with the daily exercises to do at home on my own. I’m grateful to him and his team for helping me keep the dream alive and continue to play high level recreational basketball into my 40s (including a final four finish in a tournament despite being the oldest team by 10+ years, pictured). I would highly recommend Activa all around, but especially so if you have sports related injuries like mine. Hopefully I won’t require their services for a while, but I can’t imagine going elsewhere when I do.

Cyril(physical therapist) and Jaren (assistant) were very helpful and efficient in guiding me through my physical therapy sessions; answering my questions and making suggestions when needed. They both respected my limitations with gentle encouragement which helped with my work outs. The exercises have strengthened my legs as well as my (Right) hip so I can carry on without the pain I had. Thank you Cyril and Jaren! I have spent many happy hours with Cyril & Alejandro. The first sessions were rehab after knee replacement. My surgeon recommended Activa in Burr Ridge. The best part about Activa is one on one workouts; I was always the only patient with the therapist. My knee healed quickly and my strength came back. At 85 years old they got me back to walking well. My second issue was numbness in my hands due to poor posture. Once again they worked with me one on one. My physician's assistant prescribed 12 physical therapy sessions for me after I injured my low back for the third time in 18 months. Cyril and Kevin kept me laughing (while working hard) all the way until my final meeting. I watched other patients come and go and receive the exact same high level of attentiveness and care that they gave me. Everyone I worked with at Activa is a consummate professional. They are focused on improving your strength, mobility and making you the best version of yourself that you can be.
