Action Urgent Care

The environment was pretty clean and descent. Assistant Yesenia was pretty patient to listen to my condition description and gently did all the tests. It impressed me a lot because not much clinics would adopt testing for just cold/flu symptoms. Dr. Randy explained the medicine he aimed to order in detail and well managed the future plan for me. I was very glad to find the action urgent care at Milpitas right before Christmas break.

Dr. Randy treated myself and my son a day apart. He is very patient and friendly. Tests results were very fast, my husband took my son very late in the night to this facility during the december holiday season but the staff and the doctor provided excellent service even at 8:30- 9 pm.

The office is very clean. The staff in office is very nice and the doctor explains in detail. I had the great experience in this clinic.

I'm putting this out there so that I can spread awareness to how awful my experience has been with Action. I've had skin problems since September and the doctors there have somewhat little to no clue what they're doing. I had the most unpleasant experience going there. The staff always seemed to care very little about how to treat my conditions and did not even recommend me any doctors or dermatologists I could visit so that I can get it treated. I lost so much money going to Action Urgent Care only to get my wallet milked by the same people that provide me with such mediocre care. I can't believe I put my trust in these people only to find out that I get deceived by them at the end of the day. I'm tired of getting SCAMMED, DECEIVED, and most of all, UPSET with the way my experience was with Action. Go to an actual doctor that will care for you. Don't rely on these clueless potatoes to solve any of your conditions. Lost so much time and money with these greedy people.

They got me in quickly. Did the TB test. Had an appointment for me 48 hours late. Read it as negative, gave me the proper form I needed it for my job. Everything happened quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend.

Went in for a 9am med consultation appointment. Meds are working and need to get a prescription with refills. Waited over an hour after check in. Meanwhile, patients who had appointments at 9:30 and 10 had doctor check on them and the 9:30 came and went. Never ended up seeing a doctor and now my meds will run out. Not very urgent.

The staff on arrival was very friendly and polite and approachable! I Immediately felt the attention of care and hospitality and professionalism. Thank you for caring! You all are the best! Thank you Action Health for making my medical concerns a reason to recommend your office to my family and friends and who ever may need immediate medical attention.

I’ve been to a few action urgent care but the one on Landess Ave, Milpitas so far has the best doctor. Dr. Randall Pinnelli is very detail, patient and throughout with my 11 years old son. He explained to me what happened, and even let me take a look and through the microscope to see it to understand it better. He took his time with us, gave us recommendations so we can decide on the course of action with our regular pediatrician. The office looks a bit old from the outside but do not let it stop you from coming here to see a good doctor for urgent cares. I definitely recommend it.
