Richard was a tremendous help in supporting my recovery from both a neck and a knee injury. His demeanor is friendly, and you can tell he has a passion for both his own active life and sharing that joy with others. It’s great to work with someone who “walks their talk” so to speak. I also greatly appreciated how empowering his methods were - while his assessment and treatment was invaluable, he also equipped me with tos to “be my own best PT” going forward. I strongly recommend him to any athletically inclined individual who is tired of being in lasting pain or is dealing with an acute injury.

I saw Rich for several years (before I sadly had to move out of the Bay) and he is hands down the best PT I have ever encountered. As an active individual it was great to finally meet (I tried several) a PT that addressed my core issues and gave me guidance on how to deal with them on my own time. I have recommended several individuals to see Rich and they all say the same thing, 'I wish I saw him earlier.'
