I have been impressed with the therapists at Action Potential since first walking into this clinic. They know the body and they know how to treat a patient so the injury and body, and not just the symptoms, is truly healed. They take time to explain and answer any questions that surface, and I feel cared for and known each time I come for a session.

Best physical therapy therapist I have seen in 18yrs. Both Dr. Plante and Dr. Kat are very knowledgeable and life changing. I wish I saw them when I was 16.

Scheduling appointments at Action Potential is a breeze, and the receptionists are always welcoming and friendly. However, beyond these initial positives, my experience with the therapy services has been disappointing. Despite timely scheduling, my appointments with Philip were consistently delayed, often leaving me waiting well past my scheduled time. Even when I was finally seen, Philip would frequently leave the room to attend to other patients, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. I sought treatment at Action Potential following a car accident that left me dealing with severe vertigo. However, the therapy provided was largely hands-off, consisting mostly of instructions for maneuvers I had already attempted at home. This lack of personalized attention and hands-on care left me feeling unsatisfied with the treatment. Having worked with multiple therapists at this facility, it's clear that Philip, supposedly the founder, falls short in terms of both professionalism and attentiveness. While he may have been competent in the past, it seems his dedication has waned over time. Perhaps it's time for him to consider retirement, allowing for a fresh approach to therapy at Action Potential

I have been seeing Phil and Catherine at the Briargate office for several years. They are treating my shoulder pain as well as a new hamstring injury. I am very happy with their professionalism and their expertise. I recommend them for all your physical therapy needs.

I fractured the radial head of my right elbow in early July and found that this Action Potential was the closest to my work commute so I chose this one to schedule with. I went to them from around July 17th - August 23rd, doing all of my sessions with Pat. I had an excellent and professional time every single time. Scheduling with Brie/Bre(?) was always easy and smooth and Pat brought friendly conversation and a comforting aura to the exercises every time I went. If you are hurt and need a place to get PT from, I could not recommend this Action Potential more nor recommend Pat more. We had many great conversations while he moved and "fixed" my arm. Honestly, even though I am glad to be fully healed now, I will definitely miss my 7:00 AM, Monday morning conversations with Pat. 10/10 would recommend.

Philip and Kathryn definitely deserve a 5 star review. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful with description and location of muscles, tendons effected by your surgery, injury. Handouts and description of your at home exercise regime are right on!

Melodie and her staff are the best! I cannot say enough about what a great experience I had. After a pretty rough surgery I came in with significantly limited range of motion and muscle atrophy. Melodie was so professional, informative, helpful, and caring and she gave me the help and tips and tools I needed. Now I’m back to work, and back to recreation and well on my way back to 100%! I highly recommend Action Potential if you need a high quality professional physical therapist! Thank you Melodie!!!

Martin has been amazing! My spinal Surgeon strongly recommended I have surgery. I wasn't ready to give in and go that route yet so he allowed me to do physical therapy. On my 1st visit Martin offered dry needling, while I'd never heard of this I figured it was worth a shot, after a few appointments of needling and then doing exercises I have been in considerably less pain than I ever imagined. I have been able to stop taking my pain pills and resume most of my normal activities.
