Front desk staff very helpful with calling back and making sure paperwork is in order. PT assistants are very attentive when helping with exercises and stretching. Nate makes me feel like a brand new person every time I leave!

When you walk in the front door, you’re greeted by pleasant and helpful Employees. I’ve done therapy at Action Potential for many years for various issues with my body, some of which are serious.. The therapists are skilled and compassionate as they treat each patient. The exercise specialists are equally skilled to help with exercises needed to improve quality of health for individual patients. The facility is clean, neat and well maintained. I always leave feeling much better than I did When I came My heart is filled with gratitude for each individual at Action Potential who have helped me so much.

Let me start with at first we loved this place but now I am very disappointed in the service. My mother had a stroke and had been working hard to get better. They said she had 4 no call no shows which is a LIE because I called for her on all but 1 and 2 times no one answered at the clinic. The last time she was there Victor the occupational therapist was completely rude and upset her. That actually was the second time he was rude to her. He didn’t see her when she had an appointment. Which I have the schedule and showed her scheduled. I talked to the director and he didn’t seem to have any compassion. It sounded like it was about filling spots and not truly taking care of people. If they wanted to fix things a different route would have been taken. Do not upset an elderly lady who had a stroke whose only drive right now is to get better. Who has only been kind to you. I wouldn’t be surprised if other elderly are being talked to this way. If people who work in the medical field can’t have compassion and understanding then don’t be in the field. We canceled all her pt and ot and she will be going somewhere else.

Have used Action Potential off and on for years whenever needed for pain. They are always welcoming. The physical therapists and exercise instructors are thorough, patient and willing to answer every question. I highly recommend them.

I tried Occ. Therapy & phy therapy. I was injured by the 1st PT, & just kept enduring pain. It made my fibro & chronic pain worse. I tried being positive & kept going to appt. I was 1st there for my knee pain. All I was doing was trying to recover from the previous appt. Did I get relief? The sharp pain slightly decreased which I believe was just my fibro easing up after months. Waste of time & $. Occ therapy was only 2x . The damage done & a new level of pain I endured was insane. I said , its really intense many times, nope he just kepts mashing my arm & wrist( went for my wrist). He then wanted to use a tens unit. I told him all my horrible experiences I had & I was blown off. Maybe if i cried & had a fit, he wouldve listened. So tens unit it was. It hurt with in 30sec. & i endured insane pain. All ge said was, that was on low. Maybe if I was a guy, he wouldve listened. Women i guess are supposed to just deal with it. Months later & my arm is still messed up by the tens unit. So everything I tried to do to make my pain better, they made worse & just didnt help at all. Ive been to many PT's before & this was my worse. Nobody understood fibromylagia & chronic pain. This is my experience. Not speaking for others that might have done better there.

They all have a big concern to solve your pain issue. Nate and Shani are awesome. In general the entire staff is great to work with. Would recommend the pikes peak location.

I can’t adequately express how grateful I am for Nate and his team. I was in town on vacation and had a flare up that needed attention, and Nate and his team immediately took care of me. Compassion and competence are the two most important aspects of a physical therapy clinic for me, and they excelled in both.

Absolutely love the staff here from the front desk ladies to the therapy staff. I went here for about 7 months recovering from losing my mobility. Rich made sure I was on the right course and offered ideas to do at home. Casey made sure the exercises were fun, challenging but not too advanced where I would fail at them. Amazing atmosphere very relaxed and fun doesn't feel uptight and stuffy. I am returning next month after a knee scope and I can't wait. I recommend them to all my friends and if my moms insurance is accepted its who I will ask her to be referred to. I have to add an update to my review. I was a patient there in 2017, 2018, 2019 for a variety of reasons. Once again the staff was amazing in helping me book appointments and find out if there was an error with a bill. 2018 I was there because I had a knee scope done and 3 weeks later another surgery on my knee because I developed a joint infection. We joked and laughed about my medical luck saying i just needed to stop with surgeries forever. They always made sure i didn't push too hard but made exercises that challenged me. 2019 I fell up the stairs and damaged my right shoulder. I had somehow ended up with a pocket of fluid pressing down on my rotator cuff mimicking that I had torn it. Weeks of pt followed, including dry needling where I swore id never do it again because I couldnt lift my right arm for 3 days after BUT after that everything seemed to get better within weeks. So if rich says we need to i will do it because he knows best. 2020 is the year I hopefully stay out of their office but I had to add to my review because it is the year that I finally was able to do things that I know I wouldn't of gotten to do without the help and support of Rich, Casey and Nate. I credit them with getting me back onto my feet, literally, after I was paraylzed by Guillain-Barre Syndrome. We didn't know what had happened at the time to cause it but they just attacked it the way they knew how. Building up muscles that I had lost, building up my confidence in my legs not collapsing if I bent my knees to walk and keeping it interesting by challenging me with new exercises when the basic ones were getting too easy. I can now walk, run and get up from a chair,, floor whatever with no issue or fear that I would end up on the floor. Im planning on hiking a 14er next month and two weeks ago I hiked Mount Rosa. I wear my knee brace like I was told to do but I'm still not doing Planks guys, f that 😂 I hate those so much still. I know that the level of recovery i had and as fast as I had it are due to the amazing support from my medical team and those at Action Potential. So from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for everything, words can't express how thankful I am for you all. 🖤
