ACT Physical Therapy Trussville

First of all the receptionist, Sherrita Johnson, was very helpful in allowing me to make appointments which fit my schedule. Then the physical therapist, Cindy Crane, who had been recommended to me by a person in my doctor’s office, absolutely did not disappoint! Cindy worked with me at my own pace, but was able to get in quite a number of exercises. I would highly recommend ACT Physical Therapy (Trussville) and especially Cindy Crane, LPTA, as your therapist.

If you need physical therapy this is the place you need to go! ACT Therapy Trussville is wonderful and specifically Cindy is awesome!! She knows her stuff!! So do what she says!! She makes a unbearable situation pleasant and helps you heal and get back to your normal activity. I hope I don't have any future therapy needs, but if I do, I will go to ACT!

They are really good at listening , communicating and making sure that their clients are comfortable with the activities they are doing. They are a honest staff and try really hard to get you better each time you step onto the floor . And that is facts .. Cindy which is a one of the PT’s is patient , fun and energetic . She will listen if you tell her that your joint or whatever is bothering you that day. She usually works around it and make sure you don’t tear or re tare anything. So as Jorel he is another PT that’s a fun guy and energetic as well and every time he speaks it’s nothing but positivity from him ! It is a welcoming and safe environment around here for sure.

Cindy was amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and can keep you laughing the whole time. Making you forget that you were ever in pain. 5/5 ⭐️s. Love this lady. 🖤

I have been coming for just about a month and my therapist is Awesome. Mrs. Cynthia, Mrs. Anna and Steven rock. Although therapy sucks because it hurts they make the difference every time.

The team here is great. Cindy is wonderful and a hard worker. I'm feeling a difference in my body and I've only been twice.

I’ve had physical therapy 5 times on my adult life. This is the best in the Birmingham area. I look forward to seeing the friendly staff.
