ACT Physical Therapy Pell City

I have enjoyed therapy here with Morgan and Jay. They will work you hard, treat you like a friend and keep you progressing. They don't wind you up and let you go, time is one on one or two at most. Highly recommend!!!

I worked with ACT for 12 weeks post shoulder surgery. They were very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone.

We all know the physical therapists are the best here. Brooklyn also deserves a good review because she has to put up with people like me who are always late and miss appointments. She is the best receptionist and deserves a pay raise💸💰 or a bonus. I also enjoy working with all physical therapists. I'm sorry, but my 5 stars go to Brooklyn this time.

Amazing experience! Jorel and Morgan are exceptional therapists and did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to create a therapeutic environment and regimen to best suit the needs of their patients. Excellent location and the hours are helpful for people with a hectic work schedule. Morgan and Jay are the Best Therapists!!! They will work you hard, but that's there job which they are really GREAT at. Love these guys and the girls up front are so sweet and great also. I Recommend this place to go to everyone who needs PT

Wow. I haven’t had much experience with PT but Jorel and Morgan made me a believer. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They bring a lot to the the profession and to ACT. I left there feeling a comfort in my hip I haven’t felt in decades. A+++.

Jorel and Morgan are amazing at ACT in Pell City, AL. They are incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to your recovery. They focused everything possible on my recovery from knee surgery. They tailored my program knowing my activity level. They helped me recover in time for the CrossFit open following my surgery. They taped my knee so well I was able to do 19.5 open workout on Friday night and then an OCR race in the morning. Their taping held through and my knee felt amazing. I recommend them to anyone i know at any levels of fitness. Trust me check them out if you have something that troubles you or you need recovery.

The staff at ACT are super professional and always try to work around my ever changing schedule. I definitely wouldn’t have had the quick recovery that I had after my shoulder surgery without Jay and Morgan helping me through. They gave me exercises to compete outside of the clinic while I was out of town, and kept in contact to make sure I was still progressing towards being 100%.
