ACT Physical Therapy

I love ACT ! My son was a patient and I was so impressed until when I needed therapy I requested them . They are very professional all while making you feel comfortable. They offer Dry Needling ( which was painless) . If you are injured on the job they offer workers comp services and also offer Spine rehabilitation. These are a part of the many services they offer. I highly recommend them!

I was passed around to different therapists, inconsistent methods of exercises, and the worst thing was all the non-stop chatter between the therapists and receptionists, especially when they were preparing for their all-important Halloween contest, at times overshadowing patients' needs. My doctor is furious and will not be recommending ACT for his patients. To top it all off, I have an outrageous bill and the therapy did not help. I even had to ask for a list of exercises to do at home. Oh, and I know they were inconsistent with their charting, marking off excercises completed, etc, because I heard them talking about it!

Great everyone was super nice and very helpful. I made so much progress and had support throughput my treatment. Thanks for the help in my recovery! I will definitely use ACT if I ever have to have therapy again. 😀

Great experience with the PT Cooper and PTA Shaney. Nice atmosphere and overall professional care provided to help me fully recover from my rotator cuff tear. I highly recommend this clinic!

Absolutely the best physical therapy I have ever had and I've been to quite a few. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are second to none.

Stephanie at the front desk is awesome. Cooper is one of the physical therapist. He takes the challenge to get you better as soon as possible.

I have been coming here for about 3 weeks and have gotten nothing but great customer service the staff is wonderful especially the therapist Cooper and Shaney they treat each patient with tender,loving, and care 😀 I would recommend ACT Therapy Hoover to anybody that needs good therapy treatment also the dry needling therapy which was my first time having and it was wonderful
