Normanie Ricks is an exceptional occupational therapist who has gone above and beyond for my child. When I was hesitant to move him to the next grade due to what was happening in our lives, Normanie saw his potential and encouraged us to take that step. Her belief in him made all the difference. My child absolutely loves Normanie, and I’m confident that his progress wouldn’t be where it is today without her. He is constantly asking about her and when we get there he doesn’t want to leave. She is incredibly patient and understanding, always taking the time to address his unique needs. What stands out most is her genuine love for what she does—it shines through in every session. I can't recommend Normanie enough. She has been a true blessing in our lives, and we are so grateful for the positive impact she has had on our child's development.

We love Achieve. My sons handwriting has improved so much. He has also improved in other areas. Normanie was awesome with my son. He developed a great relationship with her. From our first conversation I knew Ms. Normanie was going to be a great fit for my daughter. My daughter is two years old and slow to warm up. During our first session, she played with her and worked on skills that were concerning. Ms. Normanie is professional, punctual, and just overall sweet. There are no words to express how grateful I am for Normanie. My daughter has been seeing her since June of this year and the improvement is impeccable. Normanie is super sweet and definitely has that IT factor that kids love. I can’t forget about the office space itself which is also amazing and new btw lol.
