Achieve Community Health Center

I have been a patient here for over two years and have not had this problem until recently. I have called three times between 10:45 AM and 3:30 PM for an old doctor's note to be emailed to me. The front desk lady, Erica, has told me twice that she would send it in a couple of minutes, but hours go by and no email. I called again at 3:00 PM and spoke to someone else, explaining that I needed it ASAP. She said she would let Erica know, as she is the one who has to send it to me. It's been over 30 minutes, and I still have not received the email.

Upon telling the doctor I had diagnosis via DNA test of a disability she told me she didn't believe me, accused me of trying to get drugs from her, accused me of trying to "use her to get the government to send me money" and assigned me an obscene amount of bloodwork to find out "what's really wrong with me". Will never be returning.

Did a pre-op EKG for a friend’s eye surgery. Noticed a small problem, but told her she still go ahead. Checked in with the Surgery Center day before appt & was told her surgery was Cancelled!!!! Because Achieve had sent the test results. Turns out the surgery center wants a Cardiologist to ok

This clinic has improved a lot since the new STAFF have started. I get a warm welcome from the two nice ladies at the front. Also the back office lady is amazing , genuinely listens to me and is very attentive. The Nurse Practitioner is also very nice and cares about my health. Would highly recommend this Family Clinic.

I have called to have my vaccinations records mailed to me 6 times. First, they say they can email them to me within two hours of when i called. Nothing. When i called back, I was told the person who answered had gone home for the day and to call back the next day. The next time I called, I was told they actually can’t send it by email and it can take up to two weeks for me to get them in the mail. Well, it’s been months. You would think sending patients, current or previous, their immunization records is important, especially during a pandemic. I’m sick of calling and reminding them to do their jobs and help people. This wouldn't have happened if Dr. Gerbich was still working there.

Honestly this is the worst place you can go. They only have one doctor there, and she continues to give out false information. I asked her if I could stay on my meds while I’m pregnant, she literally took out her phone and googled it. She told me the meds were safe while pregnant. I later asked my other doctor, and she said those meds are extremely dangerous to take while pregnant and could kill my baby. This doctor at Achieve is googling stuff and giving out wrong information that could take lives. Please do yourself a favor and switch doctors asap!

I am very impressed with this Veterinary Hospital. I had to go today with a family members dog. Which I have now taken over care. I was able to get in same day. Dr Powers was wonderful kind compassionate. I will be changing. To this Veterinary for my dogs from now on. Thank you to the receptionist, the vet tech, sorry I didn't get names. I will be back. Doctor Gerbich is the best ever. Love the staff and love my childrens doctor. I dont see why anyone would take their children any where else. Very positive enviornment filled with smiles every time I've been in and I've been in with my childrens dr for eight years the age of my youngest so they have been seen several times since then of course. My grand daughters are also seeing him so that adds to our many visits. I started my youngest with Dr. Gerbich at birth and wish ida known about him for my two older children as well. I took my middle child to see him as well whom had seen several other doctors and the first time Dr. Gerbich listened to her heart he alerted me with compassion. I thank Dr. Gerbich for paying so much attention to his patients. She was about 7 when he seen her for the first time after several other doctors he was the one to show he cared and refer her to a heart speacialist. You wont know until you go and when you do im sure you will agree your children are in best hands with Dr Gerbich at Marrysville Clinic and the staff are great as well.
