AccuDoc Urgent Care

I've come to this Urgent Care ever since they opened. They are the best Urgent Care in the Greater Cincinnati area, in my opinion. One time I came to them, and they immediately sent me to the hospital and refunded my money, when they could have kept it, after all I paid to be seen and I was, but that's why they're truly a cut above the rest when it comes to urgent care. I've come here for skin issues, and viruses, and every time I am helped, and given options. Today I came in, and the NP stayed after closing to insure I was given 2 bags of fluids, he could have just given the one bag and not left too late, but he wanted to make sure I was rehydrated as much as possible, and I deeply appreciated it. If there were an option for 10 star on Google, I would give it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve been looking for a holistic practice for years and am thrilled with the experience, knowledge and care I’ve received from Keith Tenhundfeld, NP. I can get an appointment quickly and am not rushed to get out of the office. His explanation on test results, treatments and concepts for healthy living is fantastic.

I was taken back and sat in a room for 2 hours before I was seen. Had I not already paid my co-pay I would have left. I asked how long and I was told my room would be next but then the Dr proceeded to go into a different patient.

The Nurse Practitioner that provided my care was absolutely amazing. I finally felt heard. I had been put off by my primary about some concerns I had with my health. Coming here has given me piece of mind that my voice is being heard by the care team and that they truly care about their patients’ health. Wil 100% recommend AccuDoc/urgent care to anyone.

Went in for a pre employment urine screen/ physical and ended up changing it to my primary care physician. I did not realize that an examination could be so physically and mentally Therapeutic! The nurses, Dr and entire staff made me feel like family the very first time I went there. God works in mysterious ways and I’m sure he put this facility in my life for a great reason! I look forward to my next appointment and I never thought I’d say that about a physicians office!

Very nice, friendly, and helpful receptionist and medical assistants. Got in quickly with walk in appointment. Keith is a fantastic CNP.

Everyone there is so wonderful and knowledgeable. I have been treated there for many different reasons. And I admire how the nurse practitioners don't just read from a list of questions on a computer. It's very comforting to feel like you are being listened to and taken care of. I am so grateful for everyone there including the receptionists who are so helpful.
