Access Rehab Centers

When I started therapy with the Access team in Wolcott, I was in a wheelchair, barely able to stand and take a few steps. After several months of working with them, I'm back to full-time bartending and on my feet all day. I can't praise them enough for the progress I made that I would not have made without them. Lisa, Adrian, Jen, Rebbeca, and Abe were a pleasure to work with, and though I hope I never need their services again, I won't hesitate to use them in the future if I get injured.

Abe was fantastic! I had a hip replacement and he tailored my rehab to totally get back to my lifestyle, swimming, hiking amd boating! All the staff are professional and friendly, I highly recommend Access Rehab in Wolcott!

After finding out I had early onset arthritis, this rehab center did a wonderful job of helping me rebuild the strength and flexibility in my knee. Warm and caring staff and never had an issue with appointments.

Great experiences so far here. I have been going for help with hip pain and now neck and shoulder pain from a car accident. Both Jen and Abe are responsive to my therapy needs and they make sure that the routines are not adding to my pain :) Very flexible with appointments as well. A++ highly recommended.

They are very vague when it comes to how billing works. We got charged for things that they said we were already paying for upon visiting. When we then asked for a payment plan they said "oh just send checks whenever" and when we asked about the late fees on our bill she said "we dont do late fees" when we told her but it says we have late fees here, she responded "I dont know"... completely unprofessional and not helpful in the least..

I wanted to go to an access close to so I stopped by . This access doesn't treat my issue but called the others to see which did and logged my referral into the system.

So far very attentive to my needs and great advice from Jenn Corbett.
