Access Rehab Centers

In end may-july 7/28/2023. I needed PT help for my back surgery pain.. i had never had Physical therapy before. So i was nervous about it. But my chiropractor and surgeon said that this team at Grandview in waterbury ct access Rehab center was highly rated.. and the Staff, ann, nicole,nyshay and the best lourdes.. ( makes u laugh and is funny when teamed with Nicole) lol 😆 i am in pain daily and twice a week for 1 hr PT. My leg and back was very weak. And i had a cane on the first sessions then after the PT helped strengthen my leg and back... Thank You. 😊 So if you want a great, friendly and professional and caring group. Call or have your doctor set you up with Access Rehab on Grandview Avenue, waterbury ct. They will make differents in your injuries. I pray for caring souls who see people in pain day after day but keep coming 🙏 to Help folks. GOD Bless..

The care is top notch. They get a 1 star because of their billing practices. I’ve gone there for 3 months, twice a week and never received a bill. My insurance covered the services in full for the first 2 months, thereafter, only a percentage. I received my first bill 3 months after treatment were completed. First bill, included overdue charges for non payment. What non payment? To make payment one needs to know what is owed, correct? These charges are outrageous. As if in the middle of a pandemic people have money to throw away. I will pay the balance for the care I received, but not the overdue charges. No one has communicated any due balances during any of the visits.

This place is cool my doctor is Robert he is kind and willing to work with you if he can I haven’t been a good patient missed so many appointments,cause it’s hard to bring a toddler in a place like this but he still works with me and he haven’t rejected me yet. Like most doctors will. So far so good I just gotta go more.
