Jennifer Edwards has worked with our son since he was born in the NICU 6 weeks prematurely. Our son had feeding issues to start and Jenn worked with not only him but us each week and provided education on how to best assist our kid. I always felt heard by Jenn and she was always upfront about the therapies she was providing as well as our "homework" as parents on how to help him. Our son also some delays in motor skills and Jenn worked with him to get him on pace with his peers well before he's a year and a half. We "graduate" this week from OT and my family is thankful for Jenn and Access Rehabs!

Mrs. Jennifer Edwards is the best therapist. She helped us a lot with our daughters. She helped us get our daughters to crawl and walk. I have never met a therapist as dedicated as her and she treats the children as if they were her own children. She treats them with affection. Mrs. Jennifer is the best totally recommended her as your baby therapist.

Jen Edwards is the best! Her expertise in NAS feeding strategies was instrumental in the developmental success of our first foster newborn, born addicted to drugs and alcohol, as well as premature and underweight. She worked with us every week for a year and a half on the details of helping this child catch up physiologically. She also worked patiently with both birth parents and encouraged each of them every step of the way, showing them that they could do this, that they could actually handle doing the daily minutia of this child’s care. She also demonstrated a warm, caring personal interest in their success individually, and as a family. Ultimately, they did bring their child home permanently, a beautiful success story due in large part to Jen‘s efforts and expertise.

I have Found Access Rehab to be a wonderful facility that has been there for me since the day my nicu baby was born and he just turned 1! Jen has shown so much compassion and patience during all of our visits. My son was in the nicu for 2 weeks and Jen was a huge part of our support system and continues to be. I’m thankful for her professional knowledge and grateful that I have been able to receive this kind of care for my precious son. The front office is always friendly and welcoming whenever I have had to reschedule ( in advance ) and it has been easy to make future appointments.

Maria and Lois are awesome. They’re always super friendly and helpful. Claire, OT and Scott, PT are great at what they do and have collectively helped me with my numerous issues. Sue and Donna are always so polite. I appreciate all Lynne, OT and Rachel, PT have done for my son and the progress he has made. I won’t go anywhere else for therapy if they paid me too. I love this place and the way they work together to make everything work

My wife and I met Jennifer Edwards who is a therapist with Access Rehab when our child was born pre-maturely at the local hospital. Jennifer on multiple occassions confronted us about our baby's developmental issues, as early as one week in the NICU, and insisted therapy was the best option for him. She told us the visit is covered by our insurance (we told her who we had) AND it would be a free consultation to talk about the services. We were very skeptical and hesitant since our baby was 5 weeks early and in ours and the doctor's opinions was too early to tell if this was a service that was absolutely needed. Throughout our baby's stay at the NICU, Jennifer again insisted and showed us how developmentally behind our baby was at 2 weeks (he would preferred his head to one side vs the other, not a motor issue). Her reasonings looking back were very PREDATORY that he absolutely needed services. She kept using trigger words (pre-mature, developmental need, won't learn, doesn't have...) Since the consultation was "free" we decide to book a visit before making a final decision. Before our appointment we were assured it was "free and covered". Our baby was two months old at this time ad we were considering going up a nipple size. We asked Jennifer who's response was "well let's see what happens" and put a larger nipple on the bottle. He did fine and we could have done that. She had her shoes off while interacting with our baby in the room, and when she left to go get the larger nipple, she walked around without her shoes outside of the room and came back to hold our baby as she sat legs crossed with him inches away from her feet. She insisted he was below average expectation (assessed in a matter of minutes, not sure how and it wasn't explained) and he NEEDED to be seen once a week. When we said we couldn't commit to that she scaled back to twice a month and he would be fine with that cadence. Right at this moment we knew this seemed like a sham. We kindly declined and said we would think about future visits. We decided this was not needed. Since that visit Access Rehab has been sending us a bill for the visit. I attempted to call and speak with Jennifer about it on three different occasions and left 3 messages with the receptionist. I have NEVER received any response from her or a call back to discuss why we were billed. The billing department kept telling us we needed to speak to her. The only responses we have received were calls from their billing department harassing us about paying the bill. I highly advise against visiting this facility or Access Rehab. Scare tactics were used to get your family in the door and commit to weekly services. We had our baby assessed by our pediatrician AND Birth to 3 (free program through the state) and both gave happy and healthy assessment reports on his development without the need of any other services. Our baby is now going on 8 months old and is growing beautifully without any therapeutic services. Don't fall victim to Jennifer's tactics or this unprofessional practice, highly unethical medical practice.

I have been visiting Access Rehab with Jenn for approximately 3 months and have had nothing but positive experiences. Jenn has been very helpful in coaching me with proper nutrition and the different techniques used to motivate growth.
