Access Rehab Centers

I has both of my knees replaced & I went to Access Rehab in Waterbury. Roger was my therapist. He was wonderful! He was supportive & encouraging. He took consideration of my back issues so that I could rest in between exercises yet still work my knees. When he went on vacation, Alex stepped in & did a great job keeping me on track. I can now walk upstairs like a "normal" person! The office staff was also wonderful. Always welcoming & pleasant. The facility was clean. Great parking access. I loved all of the live & flourishing plants throughout the building. The only reason I left their care was because of my new job. It's too far away. But if things ever change, I would happily return. Thanks for everything team!!

My experience at Access Rehab Centers on East Main St was great! I worked with Emily. She was amazing, not only did she help me physically to get back in good shape, she also helped me mentally. I looked forward to our sessions. She's a true veteran in this field and I'm happy to have been a patient of hers! Christine P.

This is my second round of therapy for my ankle. Last summer, 2023, Joe Orlando was my primary go-to therapist for mobility and strengthening. What an excellent therapist -- and he gives a pretty good massage too! He always listened to what I had to say and designed my session to best accompany my needs. But whether you have Joe or not, don't worry every staff member is excellent. I've also had Alex and Zach. So needless to say, I'm requesting Joe for my 2024 therapeutic regimen!

I had an amazing experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and proficient. I felt heard and supported. I was never pushed beyond my limits. Appointments were very accommodating. I didn’t think that I could have regained the strength I had before my foot injury. Access Rehab made that possible. I recommend to all. Keep up the amazing work you all.

I recently completed my physical therapy sessions with Joe, and I can't say enough about the outstanding care I received. Joe is a true professional—knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to his patients. From the very first session with him, he made me feel comfortable and confident in my recovery plan. His expertise in addressing my specific needs was evident, and his compassionate approach made each visit something I genuinely looked forward to. Thanks to Joe, slowly but surely getting I’m getting better. I highly recommend Joe to anyone in need of physical therapy. A definite 10/10 experience!

I had a great experience sad to leave but leaving on a good note leaving better then I came in everyone was fabulous they have a great team! I'm very happy with the service!

My experience here has been fantastic. I had rotator cuff and knee problems and my therapist, Joe O treated me and helped my recovery tremendously. All the people here are amazing as well. I recommend them to anyone

Everyone at the East Main St. facility are absolutely wonderful! It's a great place to go, because you definitely feel better when you leave!
