I have had great success with access rehab for both rotator cuff and neck issues. I have worked with Carol and Destiny, both of whom are extremely knowledgeable , professional and easy to work with. Mary Ann is the quintessential receptionist ! I highly recommend this practice. I will miss seeing Destiny on a weekly basis!🙃🤣

Michael and the whole PT team created a very productive plan that brought great relief while reducing my pain level. I now have exercises that are a part of my daily routine. Highly recommended.

Thank you to all the staff at Access Rehab! From the first phone call to my evaluation session and all of the many therapy sessions everyone was kind and professional. I felt I was in good hands getting my issues under control. I will be using your services again if need be.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at the Oxford Access Center: I did work with primarily one PT but found the entire staff very attentive to all the clients. My PT was always near by as I worked out so offered helpful suggestions on each exercise.

The staff at Access Rehab is professional and knowledgeable . A special thanks to Mike and Destiny for helping me recover from two knee replacements. I would highly recommend both of them for any physical therapy needs.

Wonderful, friendly open space. Everyone interacts with everyone else. It's just a warm, welcoming environment. Alicia was my therapist for nine visits (and one session with Victoria) and she listened carefully to me every time I came in to see where she had to change or reinforce any previous treatment. My issue was an old lumbar fusion that led to stenosis. Alicia did yeoman's work, but this morning I had a spinal injection-- the time had simply come. Clean space and they sanitize the flat surfaces and replace the pillowcases after every patient. You must wash your hands when you come in. Although the space is open, they can close curtains for privacy and there in one private exam room. Don't hesitate. This is an excellent place. The ladies on the scheduling desk are as nice as the therapists.

There is a facility closer to me (Gaylord), but when I called and asked pretty basic questions they seemed annoyed. This was not true with Access, so even though it is further away I chose this facility for my PT. I'm glad that I did. The people that check you in, set appointments, do the general admin stuff are great. Had some good conversation and a few laughs waiting for my appointments since I was always early. Friendly and professional is selling them short. My therapists were mainly Destiny and Michael. Same goes for them, friendly and professional sells them short. Really the whole staff, even the therapist that were there but I didn't work with. I had my hip replaced. At different stages of my recovery both Michael and Destiny came up with exercises or movements that directly targeted issues I brought up. They both obviously put thought into my care and didn't have me on some generic program. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone in need of physical therapy. Great people who will work hard with and for you to help you reach your recovery goals.

I found Michael at the Oxford location to be very compassionate and very pleasant to work with. The routine of exercise will serve me well. Thank you Michael
