ACCESS PT (formerly Orange Physical Therapy)

I've been taking my 5 year old here for several months, and I am always pleased with the service. The staff are kind, and the therapists are skilled. They have been able to to help my daughter with her ongoing condition by giving her one-on-one attention to help reduce her muscle tone, strengthen her muscles, and maintain a good range of motion.

Sam is an excellent physical therapist. She's kind, patient, professional and very positive. She not only helped me with my injury but accommodated my crazy daily schedule. Everyone at Access PT was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I chose this place based on the reviews. From my personal experience, it was not good. Knowing I already had a shoulder surgery, I had experience on how other therapists did their treatment in the past. My doctor gave specific instructions for how to begin my therapy for the first six weeks, based on the severity of the surgery. I noticed they did not follow the script they were given. Right from the beginning, They just showed me some exercises, even though the script said specifically passive range of motion with assistance only for the first 6 weeks. During these exercises, I had very little supervision. I voiced my concerns to them, but they did not change what they were doing. For this reason, I have to give them a 1 star review. I can understand that they must be good with other things based on prior reviews, so my advice to any patient would be to make sure they are following the doctor instructions. In the other places I have been to, they have not had a problem with following the script. I am sorry to say that I wasted 3 and a half weeks at this place. For major surgeries like mine, the first few weeks of therapy are critical.

I have been to physical therapy several times in the past 30 years but I have never had an experience quite like the one at Orange Physical Therapy with Sam. She listens, asks questions and takes her time. She genuinely wants to help you get back to your normal life/routine. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone I come across.

Great physical therapy place. Helped my father with his balance and his gate. He had open back surgery two times and was walking hunched over. Thanks to orange physical therapy he is walking much straighter and for longer periods of time. You guys are the best!

I had open knee surgery in December and started going to Orange pt in January for 8 weeks, 3 times a week. Their counter staff is courteous and their staff is extremely knowledgable and they have an exercise specialist there that helped me get a lot of the stregth strength back in my knee. I would recommend this place.
