Lissette helped me so much with shoulder pain that I had been enduring for years ! It was better after only a few sessions. I love that they provide home exercises and stretches . All around, it’s a wonderful establishment and very professional. I would highly recommend!

Excellent Physical Therapy clinic. All the staff are professional and very helpful. I worked with Shikha Maheshwari and found her to be thorough and thoughtful in my treatment. Following up even after I finished my treatments to make sure I was still doing well. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

I started PT here in May after a surgery that left me with a dropped foot. Dr. Lissette Schum has been wonderful in helping to rehab most of the function in my foot/leg. She has also provided at home exercises, and has been extremely accommodating with my busy schedule. The facility is very clean with ample parking. I would highly recommend Access Physical Therapy to anyone looking!

I was a patient here last year after my knee surgery and Lissette Schum took care of me. She explained a lot to me and I always felt I was in good hands with her. I am now there to strengthen my hips and have seen Lissette again as well as Shika. Shika specializes in Scoliosis and spent a tremendous amount of time with me recently to explain my condition & customize my exercises to help my condition. Both therapists are outstanding. What I like most of all, is they spend the entire allotted time with the one patient & don’t bounce back & forth between patients as I have seen elsewhere. They give you, the patient, 100% of their attention. I highly recommend both of them to help you feel better.

Lissette is a true asset to access physical therapy. I was pushed to test myself and I was able to recover and get stronger with the amazing program I was given. Mel at the front of the house is awesome, a master scheduler and a welcoming personality first thing in the morning. 10/10 would recommend Access PT in Thornwood to anyone who would listen.

I have been here for injuries 2 times.fir multiple sessions. They are very good professional, Caring, and knowledgeable. I was fine the exercises helpful, and the app is helpful and reminding me how to do them. They work well with my insurance and location is easy to get to.I worker with both Lisette and Shikha and they were very helpful.

Review of Access PT Thornwood NY 9-3-2023 After 40 years of working on ladders I finally had a little fall back in January 2023. A few broken bones healed nicely but my shoulder required arthroscopic surgery with a very slow recovery and healing and rehabilitation process which brought me to Access Physical Therapy for an extended course of treatment. Never having had physical therapy before I did not know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised by the professional work ethic, good moral and fine qualities of character from all staff members including the director Shikha, the front receptionist first Bonny then Mel, and Faby who keeps the place clean, but most especially from Lissette who has been treating me. I feel I have been making great progress and my shoulder doctor confirmed this recently. When you have a long period of injury/recovery it can really knock one for a loop, but the kind and respectful treatment and the good cheer from all the staff there really helped not just my physical rehabilitation but also helped to keep me on an even keel during an extremely difficult period and I am eternally grateful for what they have done for me. I felt like I really lucked out winding up in such good hands, (pun intended!) and Obi’s highly rated spiffy gym sharing the premises can help one to aspire to graduating from physical therapy to gym workouts and being more active once again which is already well underway with me. I am now completing a six-week therapy regimen at Access PT. My therapist has been Dr. Lisette Schum. She is knowledgeable, personable, and has helped me recover a great deal of function and strength in my knees. Home exercises are provided through an on-line link. The staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. Appointments were easy to set and all sessions started punctually. The facility is clean and well appointed. There is plenty of free parking on site. I have already, and will continue to refer prospective patients to Access PT.
