Access PT is the Cadillac of care and professionalism with a warm and inviting atmosphere. You are not alone. The therapist do not leave you on your own and disappear. They are very accommodating in every way. Don’t don’t do it alone when you can do it together. The receptionist Luz and Ari are diligent in scheduling. Pleasant and accommodating.

Great place to do therapy! From the front desk to all the therapists I felt comfortable and confident. The facility is kept clean and run efficiently. Great staff!! All are caring of your needs and help work toward your goals! A+ indeed!

Great place to have your physical therapy appointments and sessions. The staff there are so caring that after every session I’ve always felt it was always just about me 😊. The staff has always gone above and beyond not just with myself, but with any and every one who’s ever walked through that front door. Staff are just amazing people who truly genuinely care about the people they are helping and serving. If there’s a place one needs physical therapy this place sure is that place!!!

Access helped me tremendously. After going to another PT office without much success, I went to Access in New Windsor. They were very helpful in helping me become pain free. I’d go there again in a heartbeat!

I was in PT one day a week for the better part of a year, I didn't have a single bad experiece there; everyone was so kind and patient, the therapists and staff felt like a mini family. It was the best place to just escape from life for an hour and only think about getting better.

The staff and therapist's are the best!!! They really helped me become mobile again after I broke my hip in December. I highly recommend them!!

I would like to say I am very thankful for everyone here at Access Pt. I worked with E.J. and Caitlin a lot and they listen to me and helped me with my pain. I came in there with a neck injury that led to a pinch nerve in my shoulder. I left with my neck feeling better. They also gave me a lot of home work outs to do so I can get better. I definitely recommend this place to go for your physical therapy.
