Great physical therapists dedicated to healing. Lovely administrative staff that is really helpful and efficient. Office staff attitude comes from the top down and really speaks to management that cares about the patient. I have gone to Access PT’s New Fairfield facility on and off since 2016 because of osteoarthritis, inflammatory arthritis, multiple joint surgeries, etc. They have helped me both pre and post 4 major orthopedic surgeries to give me the best possible outcomes. They use multiple modalities depending upon the issue and have the latest therapies and equipment to make me feel better. They always prepare an effective exercise routine for me to do at home and recommend tools that will aide me in getting the most out of my home routine. They listen and are empathetic but they are also effective and they have motivated me when I want to give up. I have especially been helped by Physical Therapists Katelyn, Mike and Karen. And the support staff is great. Dion provides excellent customer service, keeps my appointments, billing and everything else in order so I don’t need to worry. They always check insurance, know when my deductible has been met, have never over billed me or even had a billing error. I don’t usually post reviews but Access PT has been a huge part of my life for more years than I care to remember and has helped me so much. I have been to other PT facilities and chiropractors through the years and Access PT is by far the best and most helpful that I’ve been to and their professionalism, effectiveness, knowledge, humanity and recruitment of the best and the brightest staff has been consistent over 7 long years.

Very knowledgable, very encouraging, very enthusiastic group of physical therapists. I received great advice from all and am very grateful. As it is with growth with physical therapy, though, you have to practice at home what they offer you.

This is the second time I have had post op treatment at Access Physical Therapy and Wellness in New Fairfield. Both experiences have been outstanding. The staff is professional, friendly and highly skilled. I would recommend this PT office to anyone who in recovery mode.
