If you need PT and live anywhere even remotely within driving distance to Kent, CT, it is worth your while to be treated a this practice. I had Long Covid pain when I sought care at Access PT Kent. I was not in a particularly happy mood. Karen is accepting of where her patients are coming from physically and emotionally. Karen's logical AND intuitive understanding of my condition, her wisdom and her patience, and the expert care I also received from Vincent and Evan--gave me back my mobility and my optimism. I observed the care that other patients received while I was having my sessions (for 6 months!) and noted without exception that everyone is afforded the same kindness and personalized attention that made Access PT Kent a game-changer in my life. I started a running routine and after running pavement and a steep hill I had a painful right knee and could hardly walk I went to the hospital for xrays and a ct.scan which did not show anything the dr. gave me acortizone shot but I was still in so much pain I called Access PT and got a appointment with Karen she evaluated me and really listened to me. Karen felt that all my knee pain was because of a pinched nerve in my lower back she had me do some exercises and almost immediately I got some relief in my knee! After a few sessions with Karen I had a major breakthrough with my knee and could walk normal again with no pain. Karen is fantastic she really listens and understands the body and she is so compassionate and nice. Everyone at Access is nice and welcoming I am so happy to have found Karen she is a super great Physical therapist and above all Karen is a great person who really takes the time to listen and help you she is amazing. Wonderfully friendly, kind and caring staff. In the office Tracey and Michelle are accommodating and efficient. The therapists, Karen and Evan, are professional and knowledgeable. They actually listen to any concerns, address them and adjust treatments accordingly. They had me pain free faster than I thought possible. I definitely recommend Access PT in Kent, CT.

Karen Browning is simply the best physical therapist I have ever had and I have received physical therapy in two major cities before finding Karen in Kent, Connecticut. Karen is exceptionally knowledgeable about what patients need to do to feel better and is very committed to helping patients reach their goals. The entire environment at Access PT is wonderful-Tracy at the front desk is very friendly, works hard to both ensure insurance benefits are in place as well as finding times for the therapy that works with the patient’s schedule. If you live near Kent, Connecticut, and need physical therapy, Access PT is the place to get it.

Access Physical Thereby is fantastic! Evan and Karen are exceptionally qualified. They really listen to you and take a personal interest in your progress. Tracy in reception and scheduling is equally satisfying shea is always ready to work with your schedule, friendly and cheerful.

My husband and I had different PT needs and Tracey skillfully arranged our sessions to accommodate both of us. Evan treated my neck discomfort with a variety of techniques which I can use for the rest of my life. All the staff at Access show a level of dedication and commitment to their profession that makes you feel truly cared for.

I chose Access PT for convenience; it's just around the corner. But I stayed with them all summer because they are great! Evan worked with me to get my new knee strong and flexible. He was patient and encouraging and helped me see my progress from the larger perspective. Plus Tracy always greeted me with a smile!
