M occupational therapists Kaitlyn and Cynthia are awesome great service, professional. They took the time to individually structure a splint should let me play my guitars. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Kaitlyn and Cynthia.

Cynthia and Kaitlyn are the best OT’s in the business. They are extremely caring to your needs and they go above and beyond when it comes to doing there job. You won’t be disappointed trust me. I need to mention the rest of the staff they are all awesome people.

I highly recommend Access in Goshen… I have been treated for several different issues over the past 15 years… I go back to the days of their Monroe office with Jess. (Miss her) Since then, I see Phil, he is the best!!! After a day at work, when I go to PT, his awesome personality, (always manages to get us laughing)…, on top of his PT treatment…, he leaves you feeling great when you walk out that door!!! .

Cynthia and Kaitlyn are amazing OT angels. I have been going there for about 3 months now, and the improvement I've seen is amazing. I'm so happy I switched over to them. My first Occupational Therapy experience was awesome! Of course, in the beginning it was challenging to do the exercises. Gradually over the months I was able to do the things that in the past asked others to do for me. Kaitlyn and Cynthia are great OT's. Therapy truly WORKS! I was actually going to Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy the same day. The friendly ladies at the front desk always tried their best to schedule at my convenience. All of my Physical Therapist's: Heidi, Philip and Colin were awesome, too!

Occupational Therapy at this location is amazing. Kaitlyn always goes above and beyond to make her patients comfortable. Kaitlyn has great work ethic and drive. She takes the time to get to know you. She has the ability to accommodate any schedule or situation. They treat you like family and you’re more than just a patient to them. Cynthia and Kaitlyn together have a wealth of knowledge and potential that’s amazing. These amazing women don’t get enough credit for all the people they have helped. I have seen increased strength and mobility since coming. They’ve helped me maintain and make sure I have the tools to continually strive for more progress. Occupational therapy has changed my life and so have both of the therapists there. I highly recommend coming here if you’re in need of occupational therapy. This is the only place I’ll recommend and go for any therapy needs.

Five weeks ago, I was dealing with constant pain in my right hand as a result of a closed fracture of the radius. Thanks to the dedicated therapy provided by Cynthia and Kaitlyn, assisted by Traci, my hand is fully and completely functional. The turnaround has been amazing and I owe it all to them! I was even able to return to the golf course today. Thanks!
